Facilities The numerous facilities, amenities and services available mean that guests of the establishment can enjoy a comfortable stay. Extra beds can be requested. Tea and coffee making equipment is included as standard. An ironing set is also available to guests. Internet access, a telephone, a TV and wireless internet access are provided for guests' convenience. A hairdryer can also be found in each of the bathrooms. Sports/Entertainment Sport and entertainment options are available at the establishment. The swimming pool is ideal for a refreshing dip. The establishment's leisure facilities include a gym. Stay was average; shuttle bus driver was AMAZING!
We stayed at this hotel the night before we flew out to Cancun. The hotel and amenities are average. But, what really stood out to us was their shuttle bus driver. (I forgot his name, I'm sorry!) He was super friendly and helpful. When we arrived back at the airport from Cancun, we realized we had left our car keys at the resort in Mexico. The driver knew we had to wait an hour or more for our ride to come and bring our spare keys to us, so he offered to stop and take us through a drive-thru to get some food while we waited. It was very much appreciated that he went out of his way to do something nice for us.
Dirty
Recently stayed there for a soccer tournament. It is in desperate need for a renovation. The entire hotel is dirty. Carpet is nasty. Paint peeling off the ceiling in the room. Bathroom looked to have mold in various areas. Bathtub was stained with dirt. While they say they are trying to keep their customers safe, the remote wasn't even cleaned from the last person staying in the room. It was sticky with syrup or something. I would not stay here unless. It was way over priced. It's closer to a $39.99 a night hotel.
