For an IHG property, this is the worst one we have ever stayed at. The floors throughout the hotel were dirty, dusty and had spills from who knows what on them. The room was as bad if not worse. More dust, dirt and stains. Not just on the floors. Both the comforter and sheets had stains. Cleaning supplies were left in the room and used paper towels were found under the curtains, by the bed. The door to the heat and air was broken off and left on the floor. We were able to get a full refund and went to another hotel.

First, let me say the very few staff here were extremely kind and friendly. Upon check in, we were given keys to the wrong room. When we reached our room, we had to travel through dirty hallways and elevators. Our room had urine stains on the bathroom door and the sink was missing the drain, just a large hole that the water went down. The fridge in the room leaked all over the floor. There are little black bugs all over the hotel flying around including in the guest rooms and stink bugs in the ice maichines. Of three ice machines on site, only one was working, . Breakfast consists of a fridge full of food you pull out and microwave yourself. Overall, we were forced to stay here due to stay and play through Traveling Teams putting us here. Travelling teams and this hotel should be ashamed at the fees they are charging to put people in hotels with urine covered doors.

We had to stay here for a soccer trip (stay and play event). Firstly, the staff are rude, condescending and foul mouthed. The entire property is rundown and filthy. Overflowing garbage cans as you walk in. Numerous families with ants/bug in their rooms. At one point they had a drunk bum staggering around the lobby and sleeping on the bench in front of the hotel. An overall horrible location like nothing I've experienced in years of travel soccer. This place is unacceptable on so many levels. IHG should fire everyone and just start over. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Beware of slippery steps in swimming pool

I fell when entering the pool because the steps were so slippery. Twisted my ankle. Definitely not safe. Room needed vacuumed better near the bed. Beds were harder than I’d like. Breakfast wasn’t too appealing. Window A/C units worked well at keeping us cool.

For the price of $160 a night, I sure expected a better experience. I booked 2 Queen rooms for a girls trip. We received 2 King rooms. This didn't work for us, and the girl working the front desk was rude and uncaring. She said they were booked up and she couldn't do anything about it. Then she told me I booked wrong, when I know for a fact exactly what I booked. There is no way I would book 2 King rooms for a girls trip, as we each like to have our own bed. One of the rooms stank of sewer so badly, that we would have canceled our rooms and left, except we were going to a concert in the area, and knew it would be very difficult to book elsewhere. There was also a dirty towel laying on the side of the bathtub---Nasty!! I use Holiday Inn hotels consistently, and this was by far my worst experience. The only thing it has going for it is the location to 2 concert venues. The bed was nice, but given the dirty towel in the bathroom - who knows if it was a clean bed.
