Mommy and Daughter getaway
Super Glad they had the amenities open during a pandemic. Only had 2 issues during our stay. TV was awful, only 5 channels all the others played infomercials. Which meant no Nick for my 5yr old. The bathrooms were TINY. No room between tub/door/toilet to be able to give a proper bath. Overall great, slight improvements but nothing major.
Beautiful view
We came to stay to celebrate my birthday 12-24 and my husbands birthday 1-15 and get some alone time. We love finding lovely places to stay for the weekend. The view was beautiful, the hotel had everything from dining to night life. We definitely give this hotel a thumbs up. We hope to come back real soon.
Great View Great Value
Panoramic views of the Ocean are fantastic. Room was clean. Winter pricing is awesome. The service in the Epic Room and the Pizzeria were good but the food in both were not the greatest. It was edible but average at best. We ate in Epic 2x and in the Pizzeria once. Liked that the Cafe we open 24hours and the coffee was good. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and game room. Exercise room is a rectangle box and could use some improvement. Doors to boardwalk and beach were out of service and it was an inconvenience. I would stay here again.

My overall review at the grand hotel and Spa was okay. I think some diversity training will help your company alot. I have nothing more to say I was a get away for me and husband(working at home) just needed an outlet and it was just okay
New Years
Spent New Year's weekend in Ocean City with my girlfriend and best friend. Figured it would be somewhere to get away, and still avoid really big crowds of people. Was pretty busy for the offseason. Enjoyed the hotel and the room. I was happy to see they are following covid-19 protocols and disinfecting. The balcony was larger than a lot of other hotels I've been in. Room decor is average, but the room was clean. Had a refrigerator and microwave. Hotel had an outdoor pool which was closed and indoor pool that was open. Really nice bar on site. As well as a 24-hour coffee shop, even in the off-season. If you're looking to stay in Ocean City, I would recommend this hotel.
