First Class Hospitality
My husband and I were in Mason for four weeks in November 2020 - We were really treated like family at this lovely establishment. Tina who is the manager made sure our every need was taken care of from fresh towels all the time to making sure our morning coffee was served just the way we like it! She is an excellent example to her whole staff who follow suit and really go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable and cared for. The hotel is very clean and close to great shopping and food - we couldn't have asked for a better experience and look forward to returning when we are in the Mason area - Great job, Tina and staff and many heartfelt thanks for your warm and professional hospitality!
Beautiful place
Beautiful place and very nice people. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Cincinnati area. Location and fitness center are great. Nice decor and pretty dining area. Also a nice outside fire pit
Amazing
Fabulous hotel and staff We enjoyed our stay here, but the view wasn't very exciting LOL We plan to stay here again on our next trip to Kings Island in October. I cannot say anything bad about this hotel.
Beautiful New Hotel
This is a beautiful new hotel that has an excellent staff which is very professional and helpful. We requested a room that had been not used for 48 hours and they accommodated the request. Manager is a can-do leader.

We stayed at this Hotel it was very nice. It even had that new look and spell very nice place to stay we enjoyed our stay very much. Nice Friendly staff and very helpful. Close to shopping of all kind. When your in Town stop bye and get some rest. Roll the dice this is a keeper. Love it. Yeah Baby
