The room is newly renovated with a big bathroom. Ｉlike the mirror on the bathroom door… by moving it Ｉcan see myself 360 degrees！The 2-level lobby is nice too. There are a few amusement and water parks nearby. We went for the new year's trip and liked jungle jim store，Cincinnati museum center and art museum. Will come back to visit again and stay here！

I booked 2 rooms with a 3rd party service, when I arrived, there was an issue with the rooms not being what I booked. Instead of offering solutions, the Manager said "why would I change your rooms?" Because it was late, I accepted a room I did not want and found the bed to be hard and the road noise from the highway so loud, my husband and I tossed and turned for over two hours before falling asleep.

Excellent as usual. Staff very friendly. Room very clean. Always stay here when I go to kings island. Could not ask for a better place for an over night stay. Grounds rooms and lobby very clean. Staff friendly as usual.

Only good thing was the bed

The air conditioning wouldn't work. After 2 visits and insinuating we were lying, the unit was replaced. Then the toilet overflowed. They suggested we switch rooms, however the room where they moved us was occupied!! Upon returning to our room, they had unstopped the toilet and cleaned the floor but did not sanitize. The bed was the only good thing about this facility! Staff was rude and didn't even offer us a discount.

We were there for only 1 night and didn't book until the day before, so I was extremely happy with the price. The hotel itself is large and dated with doors to the outside, like a motor inn. But the room itself was clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower worked well, which really was all we needed for our stay. They had a small playground area for kids, and an outdoor pool in season. We didn't try the breakfast, as my husband likes a big, hot breakfast. We went to the Perkins next door. Would probably stay again if in the area, just for the price and cleanliness.
