Habitaciones muy grandes, muy bien equipadas y con todos los servicios. Un hotel muy tranquilo, rodeado de un centro comercial con todo lo necesario para el viaje. El desayuno, uno de los puntos más fuertes.

It was a lovely trip. The staff was so friendly and the place was very clean. They kindly accommodated our needs as a family with handicap needs. The breakfast was yummy and the pool was fun. Thank you stay bridge Toledo!

Not as nice as last year

We stayed here last year and were happy. This year, things were not as good. The bedroom had only one lamp, so it was not well lit. Not all of the outlets were working, so we had to move the alarm clock which was not on when we entered. No cold water from the taps; only ran lukewarm. We asked for a take-away breakfast and no one prepared it. We were awakened on Sunday morning by hammering, and when we tried to get out the door, it was blocked by rolls of carpet. So we had to step over carpet rolls and extension cords with our luggage. The employees were very pleasant, but didn't seem to have the resources or empowerment to fix these problems. Management had better take a hard look at the service quality of this property. As it stands, we would not want to stay here again.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Very comfortable but AC sounded like a truck in my bedroom. Ran out of hash browns at 8am, breakfast service was until 9am? Pool was not bad. Staff was friendly. 3/5....

Where do I begin? I call the morning off to make sure I had the room that I wanted and everything was set upon arrival 3:00 check in. I got there at 3:20. Did not end up checking into my room because it was not ready until 4:46. When I got up to said room it was the wrong room. Had to go back down. Then when I went up to the new room the door was off of the closet leaning back and the curtain was pulled back off of its Railing. At this point it was almost 5:20 by the time I got up to that new room and I had to call down because I did not want to be charged for anything, the manager Aaron came up and noted that it looked like I was having a party. Mind you a little girl get together for my 10-year-old daughter and I said yes they're not all spending the night and he said well we have a no party policy here so I'll let that slide. You can take that as me doing you a favor for your inconvenience. No sir The attitude that he is possessed and then also pointed out he was managing 18 hotels. It sounds like he will be driving them all into the ground. I was then upset when I woke up the next morning and my card was charged again. I got charged twice for one room one night. He made it a point to say that I booked on Priceline and there was nothing that they could do for me. Well sir Priceline did not double charge me. It was in fact the card that I used to put on hold. After calling the 1-800 number and being on the phone a lot, I finally got that charge taken off. I just don't want other people going through the experience I went through.
