Lovely stay . Everything you need
Had a lovely stay here . Everything you need and near to shops and park. Staff very helpful, friendly and obliging. People can put the icing on a cake to a stay. Comfy beds , clean would happily stay again . Never had breakfast but nice smells
Location excellent and not expensice
We stayed here for 3 nights to visit our son who lives in Brunswick and go to the caravan and camping show. Have stayed before. Upon arrival the staff were all very friendly and helpfull. We had a car and there was ample parking. Our room was a good size, very clean and the bathroom was fantastic. Our room was very quiet and we heard no traffic noise, We were on the 2nd floor. We had to bring trailer back on the last night and there was plenty of room to store that. We went into city on the morning we checked out by tram and left car and trailer there until lunch time and the staff couldnt be more helpfull. Then I left my very expensive hair product at the motel - emailed them asking about it and sent a photo of it and they had it in the lost property. I was so relieved as it almost cost half of a nights stay there. So clean, cost effective, friendly staff and the location was amazing. We would to 3 different pubs on Sydney road for dinner each night. Tram into the City. Park lands over the road. Highly recommend this motel to anyone.
Clean, cheap & central
Stayed here a couple of years ago and really enjoyed it so didnt hesitate to book again. Actually had a nicer room than the first time I stayed.there is free parking which was a great plus for us and a tram stop directly opposite the hotel takes you straight to central Melbourne (much easier than trying to get parked) The check in was quick and simple and the staff friendly.The room was spacious & clean and had everything we needed. We took them up on breakfast which was delivered to the room- it was tasty, a decent price and a good portion! There is a park with a decent running track which my husband enjoyed. I would definitely stay here again
Location is excellent
Have stayed here on 3 occasions and have been very happy each time. Reception staff are friendly, efficient and very obliging. The deluxe apartments are roomy and well maintained. The tram stop at the door makes a trip to the CBD easy. Plus a walk up Sydney Road offers cafes, restaurants, pubs and any type of shop you may need. Princes Park across the road offers walking, running or just a quiet area(large) to chill out. Highly recommended.

Sorry we only had one night in 221. What a great location. Good roomy apartment. Good hot shower. Lovely lively Brunswick and access to city tram. Restaurants and bars just round the corner. Staff really helpful, parking and wifi a doddle.
