I always enjoy staying here at the Sofitel on Collins. The service is always outstanding and the pillow menu was sublime. Great pillows go a long way with me hehehehe A special mention and thanks to Emma K in the Exec lounge for your impeccable service and smile. Such an amazing asset to the hotel. I have no doubt she will fly high within the Accor group. Superior executive lounge with quality spirits on offer. Tremendous location to everything in the CBD and just a short walk to the MCG and Rod Laver Arena. Simply can't go wrong here, honestly. Thanks for another awesome night, see you all very soon :) Cheers
Awesome view of the bay
Visited there with a friend on December 30. From the moment we got out of the car we felt special, from the lovely man at valet parking to everyone else that we came across until we left the next day. I had cancelled a booking from June (due to covid) and the staff were very obliging when transferring it to another date. We had 2 rooms with stunning views of the bay. Will be back again.
Don’t bother
Paid a lot of money to stay on club level and boy were we disappointed. Our room was tired, the hot water stopped working, the air con was useless in the heatwave and the walls are paper thin: we could hear *everything* happening in the room next door. We will not be staying here again.
Made to feel very welcome
My whole experience at the Sofitel was outstanding. All the staff we dealt with were so helpful and nice. Our room was on the 48th floor which gave us the most wonderful view, day and night. The amenities in the room are excellent including the large screen TV. We didn't like the pillows but the bed was very comfortable. I was unable to go to the restaurant for dinner but these are challenging times. I have dined there before and the menu is interesting and delicious. I left something in the room and rang the next day and housekeeping were so helpful and the item was returned. I will definitely stay again, great view, great restaurant, great people, great location.

Thank you for the whole team including Emma on our stay for two nights. This including celebrating my friend's 50th. Amazing service and cleanliness in iconic Melbourne . Service , the Atrium bar and the restaurant is a must.
