Very nice staff. People vomited in the elevator, cops were present frequently, guy was passed out for an hour or more looking under the door of a suite one evening, tub was falling through the roof and leaking into my room so i got to move after working a 13 hour day. they never cleaned the room or replaced the towels even once in 11 days, but they definitely came inside my room at least once. floors were sticky. Key was deactivated 1/2 through my stay so i had to go back down and have it reprogrammed for no apparent reason (after another lovely 13 hour day). 1 of two elevators worked, but even it would stop on every floor and even go up sometimes despite no buttons being pushed inside and out. wi-fi was very slow and you have to provide your information every 24 hours, for no reason at all( again lovely to do this 11 times)

We booked this extended stay at the last minute and the accommodate my family. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and it was quite at night. Only thing that didn’t work in our room was the smoke detector is was totally missing which we reported and on the second day someone was put out on the curb with all their belongings. Other than that we would definitely stay at this location again

DIRTY, falling apart, VERY dated. The bathroom vent hanging from the ceiling, rusted shower curtain bar, moldy soap shelf in shower, the shower floor dirty (wore beach socks when taking my shower), the microwave has caked on food in the door seams, dirty & stained countertops, a stove top that looks like it’s from the 1950’s, uncovered lighting in ceiling, fridge dented in several spots like it took on Tyson for a couple rounds... I cancelled our next stop in Asheville, NC w/ Extended Stay (~$400) as this was enough for me, never again will I stay at an ESA site. 1. App deleted 2. Review posted 3. Lesson learned... 🤮🤮🤮

This was the worst experience I have ever had at this location. I had the worst experience while checking in and staying at this location. The deskclerk ( MIcheal ) is the worst!!!! He was very rude during the check- in. He has no customer service experience, nor proper phone ettitquette . My room was dirty, the bed wasn't made, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, and for God's sakes, the t.v. was on a table. I asked, Micheal if I could get another room and he said NO, there aren't any rooms available. Saturday July 4th, the fire alarm kept going off, I didn't get any sleep. No manager or supervisor was on duty to handle my issues!!!! I will NEVER stay at this location again.

Room is filthy

Linens are clean, I’m thankful for that. Otherwise, bathroom floors were black with dirt, the carport had been vacuumed only in main traffic area. Phone, remote, ac unit were filthy. I checked in late evening and because of CoVid19 I didn’t want to have housekeeping in the room. It was supposed to have been cleaned beforehand. So I cleaned it myself, except for the floor. I just wore shoes the entire time in the room. Police were here this am. Two nights ago, throughout the night, cars were coming through the parking lot and guests(?) were going out to the cars briefly. Don’t know why. For a hotel in a nice neighborhood, it’s the sketchiest. I would have left the next am, but I flew in and am self-quarantining and didn’t want to prolong that process. On a positive note Odessa at the front desk is excellent.
