Reviews varied so widely for this property I didn’t know what to think. Took a chance on staying. Hotel is older and could use some TLC. Cracked floor tiles in bathroom. Room was very clean. Beds comfortable. We did hear people walking in room above, but just for a few minutes, then I suppose they went to bed. All in all pleasant stay and would stay here again.
Great service & location but maintenance needs attention.

We were just passing though on our way to take our daughter back to college so only stayed one night. We arrived around 10pm and the front desk clerk, Tieshia was SO incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient! When we got to our room she called within 5 minutes to make sure everything was good with our room. We have NEVER had anyone do that before at ANY property so major kudos for this personalized service!
The location of the hotel is very convenient to the highway as well as many conveniences.
Our room was clean and comfortable but had a few things that probably need to be addressed. The window was cracked which we didn’t notice until we opened the curtains the following morning. I’d say it’s been that way for a while since moisture had built up between the panes.
The fire sprinklers located in the bathroom are completely rusted so not sure how that will affect functionality but very noticeable since it appears the bathroom has been painted recently. Finally the bowed shower rod isn’t installed properly so the shower curtain can’t stay closed snd slides to the middle since it’s mounted at an angle. 🤣
They do offer a grab and go breakfast with limited choices: coffee, hot water (but I had to ask for tea bags snd the desk clerk had to walk over to Springhill Suites to get some. Again huge service kudos! She did so willingly and cheerfully!), juice, yogurt, fruit cups, oatmeal, packaged muffins and danish and oranges. There were no spoons to eat the yogurt or oatmeal with only forks and the hot water was tepid and tasted like coffee (same pot is used for both coffee snd hot water as opposed to keeping it separate). Despite these issues which are easy to fix, this place has a huge leg up with their great service!
A GREAT STAY

We were booked here, for 2 nights, with our tour group. Very nice, clean and friendly staff. Rooms were spacious and had all we needed, including coffee. There is an indoor pool and a fitness room. Would stay again.
No Longer Ready for Prime Time

NOT ready for prime time... Very, very nice front desk person Tashia, I believe was her name. However, she is only given so much to work with by management. It is obvious that the owners of this hotel have given up.
Old and in tremendous need of remodel, they do not even have coffee makers in the rooms, and then only give one coffee per room unless requested. All facilities are closed, which I understood and think is appropriate in these times. Do not look for a luggage rack in the room, according to management they discontinued these at the Fairfields. Hmmmm, I had one at the…Read more
Nice Staff; Tired Property
Reviewed 29 March, 2020
We made our reservations at the last minute while driving a 14 hour leg of our trip to Texas to clean out my son's dorm during the Covid ramp-up. Called to confirm foam pillows due to significant allergies, and were assured that it was taken care of. We mere met by Taisha, who very pleasantly welcomed us and checked us in ... to a room that we couldn't enter because the locks were broken. We figured out the problem and then she checked us into a room that had feather pillows. She went to great pains to find foam pillows for us, and then we had to scramble to find pillow cases that fit. The room was comfortable, beds were fine, very quiet, but not what I would call clean. All we wanted to do was sleep ... but it took an hour to get all of this worked out. Nearby restaurants were either in "Covid gouge" mode or were offering blah fast food. Nice night's sleep, but it was far from the "check-in, eat, collapse" model were looking for. Hot breakfast was reduced to limited selection of wrapped sandwiches (which tasted awful) and fruit. Again, not the property's fault, but a reduced rate would have made up for the poor food options.
