More about the hotel
Avoid this place
I give you all just one advice. Never stay at this hotel. First, is far away from the city centre. The stuff is not polite and not helpful. The room doesn't have a fridge and this is not a ibis budget, despite the fact that is way worst than some ibis budget I stayed before. The breakfast is terrible. Just some hard bread and not natural juices. We were leaving early in the morning to Santiago and we asked to leave a couple of cold sandwiches on the fridge and they denied. They denied even not having fridge in the room. So, if you stay there just don't take any food. I guess they want you to eat their terrible food. Also the WiFi doesn't work and even the 3g doesn't work because the hotel is far away from everything. To conclude, never stay at this hotel. I'm pretty sure that you will find dozens of options better.
Helpful staff, good location, clean and comfortable
We arrived early from overnight travel and were checked in early at 10 which was such a relief. Rooms are clean, tidy, comfortable and cool with air conditioning. Breakfast is really good with fresh fruit and selection of yoghurts, pastries and cereal. Excellent value for money and would recommend.
Nice hotel, good standard compared to other places in Mendoza
Typical Ibis, you get what you can expect. It's clean, rooms are all the same (doesn't matter which one you will get). Breakfast is OK. Staff at the reception very helpful and friendly (but not all of them speak fluent English). Overall, compared to other places in Mendoza, it's really OK.
Never again
We came in very very late. But we all (4 Persons) checked in by Internet on the Webpage of Accor and told that we are late. They told us that they have a problem and we have to move to a different hotel in Mendoza. The other hotel was brant new. Not even chairs in the room. And we finally got to bed 2 hours later than expected (01.30 a.m.). No fun after a long day of driving.
Get what you pay for
If you have a vehicle, you don't mind to be out of town and you accept that the property is a little bit outdated, this is a cheap choice to stay in Mendoza. Don't expect more than the relatively small amount of money you are paying could cover and you will be satisfied.
