Disgusting
Stayed one night here after skiing on NewYears Eve at Powder Ridge. We were not familiar with the area and booked with a few families. Check in process was extremely slow. Our floor smelled of marijuana. Called front desk several times because there was no remote control in room for tv. Took over an hour to get remote. Room was FILTHY!!! Debris under bed. Dirt all around bathroom and carpet. Pets permitted here and one particular room had a dog barking all night. Awful hotel.
Never again
We stayed one night. Room was nice. Everything else was a nightmare. Nothing worked. Couldn't even have a coffee. They dont tell you that if you go through priceline or another company they take 100 dollars extra for deposit and it takes over 2 wks to get back. So for 200 I could have been in a hot tub, with pool hotel. Instead got a one bed, no service crap hotel. Dont waste your time. Go to the Marriott for that money.
Great stay
I booked a room through Wyndham diamond member services, called them up asked for an upgrade, and got a very NICE comfortable Suite. the room was very homey had a nice bed, a living area with couch and tv, a kitchen with a full refrigerator, and even had a Wine glass LOL, I see a lot of reviews and they are negative about the property, but from what I see it is a very decent hotel, it is smoke-free, pet friendly maybe this is why there are dogs on the property. I am a diamond member and the upgrade was seamless, thank you. I would recommend this property, I don't know about the regular rooms but the bedroom suites are very accommodating and comfortable.
Rundown uncared-for property
Carpets in hallway were visibly dirty. Many guests with dogs. Parking lot was in bad shape with potholes. Staff was pleasant but hotel was rundown and neglected by condition of rooms. Holes in walls that weren’t repaired, sofa bed was old and uncomfortable even as a sofa.
Worst hotel ever
I tend not to leave reviews, but I would like to warn people away from here. I would choose worse than terrible, but that is not an available choice. The hotel is filthy, the rooms are not stocked with any kitchen supplies (though they promise a fully stocked kitchen), the outdoor areas are covered with dog feces, trash, cigarette butts, liquor bottles and we even found a t-bone and a dead mouse. Our room was relatively clean, but the ceiling was falling down in the living room where it was badly water stained, and the plaster and paint in the bathroom were cracked and pealing. The carpet was frayed and stained, as was the couch. The halls reeked of smoke throughout, enough to make our non-smoking room smell awful. To their credit, the couch and bed we're comfortable. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but after a week of everything that is not available, everything that is filthy, and the staff blaming each problem on Covid, I'm done giving a benefit. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
