Studio living for awesome hotel rate.

The location is great. The maids must be new because there was a huge difference in how absolutely spic and span the inside and out was. Landscaper was on site every other day if not more often and maintenance was always present day and night. We didn't have any issues though. The front desk girl was so nice and quick to accommodate us with a change of rooms since our dog decided that her room and board across town was unsuitable. There was little difference iin rooms. Both great and the rate in comparison is well under I'd say 85% of rooms that offer much less. There are a couple of cranky front desks workers that are quick to stir up some unneeded drama. The afternoon girl makes up for it with her easy going yet quick to acommodate. kindness.Thanks.

After 3 months parking with no issue Management tows my car because "she didn't see the pass or know the owner"

I m extremely inconvenienced and irritated with the Rudeness, disrespect, as well as disregard for me & My property. I have attached pictures of the parking pass in my car window at the tow lot, valid plates, and several cars in the Extended Stay America lot without passes. I feel now after almost 2 weeks with Zero resolution that there must be something more than just a poor attitude. I ve spent Thousands since August at this terribly managed hotel without complaint. It's sad I have to use my time and multiple platforms to get a Simple manager to Return my vehicle to the parking lot and reimburse my transportation cost to and from since my car was towed. I film shows, events, Phoenix Open etc it costs me $ to travel the state via Uber, bus, light rail because of a Mistake on "Management's behalf" Is this how Extended Stay America executives are treated when they choose a hotel. I bet they don't even stay in these conditions. No thank you Disappointed guest, whom asked could this be handled here by the Manager quietly and was told call the Tow company as she tossed the card and walked off.

Rude, unprofessional service

Tried to book a room for my daughter, prepaid, filled out 3rd party authorization form...they refused to even check to verify that everything was in order. They Refused the prepaid room, and my daughter ended up sleeping in her car. Apparently, it was too bothersome for them to take the time to be professional. Complaint to corporate and I will not stop until something is done to stop the blatant discrimination.

Well fitted room, good location, helpful staff, easy freeway access

My room was not in the best location (room 162 - near trash cans, in the dark by the stairs to second floor), but bed comfy, work space adequate (with easy to reach power), lots of towels, and a full size fridge. Breakfast is only "grab and go" -- coffee and muffins -- but there's a McDonalds close by. Staff was especially helpful -- I had to check out early and they refunded for five nights I had prepaid when I checked in. So THANK YOU for that. That, alone, earns my gratitude and demonstrates customer service at its best.

Terrible Facility and Service

The toilet was broken and I was told to fix it myself. The ceiling in the bathroom leaked. Room smelled like smoke. Cooking equipment was not brought in a timely manner and did not receive all that I requested including coffee pot.
