HORRIBLE bedding, carpets filthy, So OVERPRICED!!! Do yourself a favor and drive 15 milnutes closer to Phoenix (Mesa West) and book a room Anywhere but here!!!! NOTHING GOOD can really be said. The Pictures they show and good reviews are False and Misrepresented at the least...

The room was extremely noisy from the traffic on Power Road. Difficult to sleep. Bathroom was very dirty; hair in the sink, etc. It looked like it had not been cleaned in a while. When we asked for a different room, it was flat out denied. To top it off, the breakfast was very limited, cold cereal, etc. We made the mistake of staying there. Do not do the same.

Not pleased at all!!!!!!!!!!!! I booked here so long ago and they just cancelled it on me today! I was planning on coming in Feb 2023 for the Phoenix Open golf event to watch and booked 3 months ago! I decided to cancel whole trip including flights as this was so disgusting of Legacy. They most definitely found they could charge more for the room and left me out to dry without a place to stay! 1 star...obviously, as utterly terrible customer service here!

Worst hotel stay

Avoid! Arrived to three cops in the lobby last night; something had happened with a previous employee and guests on the 3rd floor. So they put us in a room on the 3rd floor. Once in the room, we figured out it had not been cleaned since the previous occupant. We were moved to another room - discovered no towels, TP, glasses or soap. The front desk person and shuttle bus person were wonderful and promised a credit for all the inconvenience. When we arrived in the lobby for our 5 am shuttle, we were told by the only staff member there that the driver has been "sick for like a week now"! We asked what our options were and he just shrugged. Barely made our flight using Uber - the shuttle was our only reason to book here. As of this evening, not only was our security deposit not returned, we didn't receive the promised credit for the inconvenience. Just a bad stay . ..

Confused as to whether this is a Best Western property of not

We tend to use Best Western properties in as many cases as possible and when we booked our trip we booked into this property as a Best Western. A few days later we received an email saying that this location was not currently under the Best Western banner and that we should confirm our reservation directly with the hotel which we did. Upon arrival at the Legacy Inn we asked about this and were told that a new owner had taken possession and the paperwork had not yet been concluded. That aside, we were impressed with the warm welcome we received and even more impressed with the appearance of the lobby and the room. In our opinion this was certainly on par with most of the "PLUS" hotels that we stay in so we hope that this continues to be a Best Western accommodation. Breakfast was fine and the staff in the breakfast room were very friendly and accommodating. If we are in this area, we will definitely stay here again.
