Though his hotel was close to Interstate exit, the forest preserve kept hotel from noise. The room was clean. The indoor pool was warm. We arrived at 2:20pm and hoped to have an early check-in. Though the staff tried to help us to waive the $25 extra charge, the system didn't allow her to do so. We came back 2 hours later. No hot breakfast buffet as June 11th. Grab-and-go bag had a bottle water, a small muffin, and a Nature Valley bar. Coffee and Juice were in breakfast area.

The bed was comfortable. No breakfast but coffee and juice. No grab and go bags as promised. Quiet area to stay. Not too close to the Interstate. Huge Superman statue in cute little neighborhood. Easy to find.

We were on the road and it was a nice clean place we slept well the bed was comfy and it was quiet. The breakfast was grab and go, some granola bars and water etc. but I was happy they offered that. I will be making this same trip again shortly and for the price would stay there again.

After a long day driving it was GREAT to walk in to this clean fresh room. We had a wonderful nights sleep. Everything was so clean and smelled good. I would stay again, anytime. Will offer a recommendation to check it out. Two thumbs up! Dora

How this place received awards is beyond me. It’s a VERY average motel and not worth the $80 plus dollars they charge on some days. We stayed when it was in the $60 range and it was just tolerable. The walls are very thin and you can hear every door slam. The checkout is at 11am. Even if you are a Choice Priveleges Gold or Elite member you will not receive a later checkout as most Choice properties offer. This place is special - they charge $25 for a late checkout. I don’t think the staff should start running the vacuums and bumping their carts up and down the hall before the 11am checkout when people are trying to rest before hitting the road. There are some cosmetic issues in the rooms such as torn wallpaper and dim lighting in the bathroom. Room felt clean enough. You have to take breakfast back to your room, but the breakfast area is a free for all with lots of serving utensils that everyone is touching. And even though masks are required there were guests getting their breakfast without wearing masks. Waffle maker was broken and at 8:30am hot food was not replenished.
