More about the hotel
Great stay in MXDF
Nice hotel to stay in DF especially if you have business in Polanco. Very clean rooms and with plenty of space, which is nice when required to work from the hotel room. Staff is responsive and very helpful. The hotel is applying the COVID19 rules very well and it makes you feel safe. I'll definitely come back!
Quiet and cozy hotel
It was used repeatedly every month from January. It was a quiet and cozy hotel in a very convenient location. The receptionists and bellboys spoke in English very well and were very grateful. From now on, if I go to Mexico City, I will use the hotel again.
Great option for a business trip
Nice and small hotel but big rooms, great location, great staff, love the free parking and valet assistance. Like the restaurant at roof top. Small but well equipped gym. Just need to offer free coffee and water in Lobby.
Some improvements expected
Globally the rooms are clean and people very kind. Nevertheless, I did not appreciate loud music (like a night club) early morning for the breakfast. Time where we are supposed to wake up slowly in the calm. Wifi password changed without any prior information. It seems that even Hotel's staff was not aware of. I did not well appreciated that the cost of the room increased significantly for all my stay because I arrived early and no other room was available.
Hidden jewel
Very clean and pleasant hidden in a way but good for business trips nevertheless room service ends at 10pm which is not helpful. The bathroom towel stink chemicals from the wash and have not been conditioned but the staff is definitely an asset. As it is a smaller chair the staff is well trained polite and super embraced in well manners. This hotel has small touches of luxury tooth-brooch shaving razors and foam. I only seen this touches in Asia never ever in Mexico. The breakfast you can have an option in the room where there is a coffee machine or has so many options in the restaurant with continental or a la Carte either were 😋 delicious and the ambiance was pleasant. It was value for money and very quiet, air con new and quiet good tv and a desk which was useful. The only thing I would change would be a more calming color for the walls. They were painted red and orange And beige to go with Mexican theme.
