More about the hotel
Great hotel and FANTASTIC staff!
I was quarantined in Mexico for 14 days prior to returning to the US and I had to organize a Covid test a few days before flying and despite my best efforts, my Spanish is rather terrible so I asked the lady at the reception called Areli... She turned into superwoman for me and called the lab, organized all the details, helped fill in the online forms, etc... Efficient, clear, patient, always pleasant and making it all such a breeze. And she was just as wonderful before and after that episode. All the staff were really lovely; but special shoutout to Areli. Just a really Good human :) Oh yeah also, the hotel is really beautiful. I highly recommend it!
Great place
I love this hotel hotel, its food is very good, the restaurant service we love is very fast and attentive, the hotel staff always taking care of all health measures, they are all very professional, the neighborhood of Rome is very beautiful, my next visit I will not hesitate to stay at Brick hotel
Disappointing stay
We were excited to experience the Brick Hotel after reading reviews, and didn’t mind paying extra for what promised to be a great boutique experience. The hotel is newly renovated and has been beautifully designed. So many thoughtful decor decisions; the place feels very lush. And then we got to our room. It was tiny, without windows (cavelike), no towel hooks by the sink, and temperature control was a disaster. Front desk staff had to manage our room temperature from reception, and that was very inconvenient. Room would go from hot to cold, continuously. Biggest downside was the size and layout of the room. It was beautiful to look at and well decorated, but for 2 adults with multiple suitcases, it was very cramped. Very limited closet space and hangers and no room to move around. We were stepping over each other the entire time. Beautiful design (and the restaurant is really, really great!), but the hotel is not worth the price point they are charging. Stay someplace else!
Worst money to quality ratio ever experienced
Firtst of all the pick up service never showed up. Then charging 340 usd per day no cleaning service was provided, no water was provided, room service extremaly slow!!!! Pls guys do u self a favor do not spent a dime at this location. For me it was the worst experience ever.
Just one important detail
Beautiful property in the heart of Roma Norte. Great interior design jog with beautiful details. I just had breakfast one day at the property and it was great. Now, regarding the room, I stayed in room 106 (on the second floor). The size is good, has a Nespresso coffee machine, Molton Brown toiletries and beautiful chevron patterned wooden floors. The only thing I wish I had know before, is that the rooms don’t have actual windows. They have two small windows over a wall that open into the hallway, so no real natural ventilation, natural light or view. It wasn’t that much of an issue for me, but it can be for some ... so it’s good to know now, for the next time I stay there, because I would definitely will. I’m attaching a picture where you can see the “windows”.
