Nice hotel!
Really loved the service, and cleanliness! Location is really good, and there are many nice places to visit that are walking distance from the hotel! Customer service was good, and was able to checked in, and out really fast!
Great Hotel in Centro Histórico
This is a lovely hotel located right by the Zócalo. Everything was clean, the WiFi is good, and the breakfast is high quality. We were in the area to celebrate my wife's birthday, so before we arrived, I asked the hotel to put a small cake or balloons or something in the room. They exceeded my expectations. There was a cake and balloons, but they also left a giant birthday message and a card. I recommend NH to anyone visiting the Centro Histórico.
Good City hotel
Location could not be better, many places (Zocalo, shopping street, Torre Latinoamericana, etc.) can be reached on foot. Staff did a great job and was nice, but not all of them had the same attitude. Rooms are very modern, spacious and clean. Breakfast was perfect, selection and quality were great. The taxi service from and to the airport should be arranged separately as we felt this was too expensive. We would definitely book this hotel again.
Great hotel, best breakfast!
The location is great-just a 5 minute walk from the center, the rooms were very clean and modern, and the showers were very nice. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had. A great variety of sweet and savory, custom omelettes, fresh juices, Mexican pastries and breads, fresh fruit, Mexican breakfast foods, etc.
Brilliant position
All in all a very nice hotel. Could do with better drink making facilities in the rooms. Lovely clean restaurant for breakfast, but the main like, was the fantastic position just off the main square. Staff all very helpful and polite.
