We stayed 3 days in the suite 604. The hotel and our room is very cold. The heater don’t work. Not even in our room. Also the Nespresso coffee machine didn’t work. We complained every day, but nothing happened. In the weekend the hotel is very loud at night because of a night club next door. We will not come back.
Very accommodating to needs

Took a day tour with Liverpool Tours to Teotihuacán with a group of 8 others, very good value for money. Guide spoke Spanish & English but was hard to keep concentration between switching both languages. Also pleased that they can hold luggage for considerable time when awaiting check in.
Do not recommend - Misinformation provided by front desk regarding benefits included in the reservation

Reservation booked via American Express Travel included a $100 credit for onsite services. Reception desk on first night explained that this could be use for spa services, but then at check-out the spa was apparently not covered. Hotel facilities and location are ok, within proximity of main avenue Paseo de la Reforma. Recommendation for places to stay near restaurants area would be the Polanco or Roma Norte neighborhoods.

Good location for exploring Condesa, Centro, Roma, Chapultepec park, etc. All in walking distance. The room service was efficient and the food was very good. Staff was available for questions. Sanitary protocols were in place for guests entering the facility. The in-house app worked very well for ordering rooms service and obtaining hotel information. Kudos for that! Due to the pandemic, I ate either in my room or on the terrace. The terrace is very relaxful. You can also order room service delivered to you on the terrace. I didn't visit the bar/restaurant so have no opinion of either. My room was a premium room, king with balcony. The room was spacious and bright. Had a desk/table to eat or use a computer. The lighting in the room was perfect. Multiple light fixtures and a dimming light on the desk. The shower (with privacy door), was large and totally separate from the toilet (also with a door), and vanity. Good set up. This hotel is in the process of being renovated, however, there's no major noise to be concerned about. But, because of it being dated, there's some slight odor you may smell in the room. And if someone is standing on their balcony smoking it may enter your room if you open your patio door. I would like to have given this hotel 5 stars but for now it's a 4.5 at most. However, I would return with no problem at all. Loved the location and all the services they offer, even though I didn't take advantage of most. But, it's a nice hotel for exploring the area.

The restaurant staff were attentive, friendly and responsive. So in addition to a delicious and robust buffet menu - you are greeted with a personal touch by Adrian and the team every morning. You’ll enjoy it.
