The hotel offered lovely breakfast sweets and coffee in the morning and appetizers afternoon. A small hotel that is very well run and managed with a 24-hour security guard at the door. My only complaint was there was not an outside window in the room I stayed in.

Very antique and all the staff members are very kind especially mr. Victor and MS. Francisca. location is good near business and shopping area in Polanco. during evening time we can enjoy tequila, happy hour

I am staying at the hotel for one week and I am very much satisfies with my stay here. Safe and quiet place. Very close to my office, good cleaning servic and so on Thank you especially to Francisca and Victor for taking care of us!

Great staff - Luis had us covered the whole time even though we were an animated crowd from 8 Latin American countries plus a Swede. We had good opportunities to make the most of time together outside the program, thanks to a very pleasant attitude to pricing. Extras basically included in the room rate - brilliant idea and Im more than happy to pay a little more for the room and then forget about it. Attentive and super helpful staff, don't be afraid to ask if you miss something. If the staff haven't already gotten you what you want, its because they didn't know you wanted it. Clean rooms - of very good quality given price range and good housekeeping with a hug to Juana for that. Laid back atmosphere and stretched breakfast, coffee in the afternoon. Some evenings a drinks cabinet magically appeared and that is a considerate touch worth a lot..

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Residence L'Hermitage Royal Colonial. Rooms are tidy, cozy and authentic. My room even had a little cooking area. Viktor is very helpful and Franciska is doing a great job. Thank you!
