Great food, and drinks and people. Everything was better than we expected. Will definitely be back and already told family and friends. Atmosphere was great. Everyone is here to have a good time. Any doubts we're taken away with great people at every turn.
Rooms clearly not cleaned... multiple peoples hair everywhere.

At first glance, your room may look nice, but looks are deceiving. All the buildings and appliances are outdated. In our room, the paint in the tub was peeling (a lot). However, the cleanliness of the room was disgusting. The floor was covered in hair and dust. The bedding was dusty and it appeared the room hadn't been cleaned in some time, but the worst thing was the bed was covered in multiple people's hair. When I asked for clean sheets they were out. I canceled our reservation ASAP.

This place is not anything like what it looks online, the pics and ads are misleading. Attached are some realistic pics, it is filthy, they don't clean the rooms or showers well at all, the property is outdated and sad looking. The pool is tiny and doesn't look clean. The staff is not accountable and the 'manager' clearly knows what going on here and doesn't care based on the multiple 1* reviews on Google. The good reviews are probably paid for.
A must for Miami

This place is super cool. Easily one the best experiences you can have in Miami! Close to downtown as well. Cocktails are quailty and inventive, food equally as good. Friendly staff, great experience. Will be back!!

We stayed here for one night on our way to a cruise. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was above reception so it was super quiet at night. There are rooms and cabins that open out onto a bar area and they would have a lot of noise so if you aren't into late night noise request a room at the front. The room was spacious and even had a little room with a desk in it. The papaya products are amazing and they even left tortilla chips in the room for us. The building is heritage listed. We walked to Little Havana it took about 40 minutes from the hotel. They have a shared kitchen for use that is opened 24hrs if needed and they have a beautiful bar attached to the premises. The pool was also very clean and could be used from early to late. Would highly recommend especially if you are not an early sleepover.
