First off, the MANAGER gave me false information about parking. He told me staying at the Pelican parking garage would be $35 a night because they were associated together. After I showed my receipt and tried to leave, it was $100!!! Then the manager went back on what he said and did not refund or help out. Second, we paid a resort fee but everything was closed due to Covid. Why did I have to pay for something I did not get? The room was dated with no luggage rack, microwave, or fridge. The walls are so thin we could hear parties outside and our neighbors early in the morning. The bathroom walls are also see-though! No privacy in your own room. Very unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone!

Very dated hotel. The room tiny and there was no luggage rack, microwave, or fridge. The closet doors scraped the floor. the bathroom was missing lights so it was dim. The bathroom door separated and could be seen through. The bed was comfortable. I felt like I was in a cruise room even the halls are tight.
Worst experience ever.
This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever been to. I went out with a group of friends to have some drinks and food when all of a sudden security surrounded us and was kicking us out. One of our friends had his own personal issue with a worker there that none of us had anything to do with. He was already outside and being dealt with. We were at the bar ordering drinks and security came and told us we all had to leave because of one person and we were not even aware of the situation happening. We tried to pay for our tab or at least tip the bartender when who I think was the manager said we don’t want you f***ing money get out. Extremely rude and disrespectful to treat paying customers who were behaving and all this way. Just because one guest has an issue doesn’t mean you get to throw the whole party out and people who they were taking to at the bar. I work in the hospitality industry as well and know how to handle situations like last night and management did an awful job at handling the issue last night. It was my first and last time there and I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Fun restaurant - noisy hotel rooms
We stayed at The Clevelander last night and the room was very loud and lit all night and we only got an hour of sleep. The city is under a curfew and the outside party had to stop at 10:00 so that wasn't the issue. I am not sure the source of the noise, but it sounded like every time someone in the hotel flushed a toilet, used a sink or the shower, water would flow through the pipes and would make a loud "jet like" sound for 3 - 4 minutes. This occurred many times per hour and woke us up every time. In addition, you couldn't make the room dark. Between the neon lights right outside our room windows and the excessive hallway light streaming in through the non-sealed room door the room was never dark. We are still a fan of hanging out at the restaurant but I do not recommend spending the night at the hotel.
The heart of Ocean Drive energy!
We went here for afternoon drinks and hookah. Amazing! The energy here is so exhilarating! We so enjoyed ourselves just relaxing and watching all the people along Ocean Drive. It's definitely the heart of all things South Beach...
