Will definitely stay again!
I stayed at the EB Hotel on a long layover in Miami. Overall it was an excellent stay. It was about a 5 minute drive from the airport. And, there’s a complimentary shuttle (although don’t bother with trying to use the web app to call it - it doesn’t work). My check-in was quick and efficient. The front desk agents were friendly. The room was wonderful...and HUGE! Very spacious and tastefully decorated with all necessary amenities including complimentary water, tea, and coffee. I had a light dinner from the restaurant downstairs and they were prompt in their response, and I received my order within the specified time. The grilled chicken wrap was the best I’ve EVER had! I wish I stayed longer to try more things. The next morning, check out was a breeze. And, the shuttle ran promptly every 30 minutes as the front desk agent indicated. The van was clean and the driver was courteous. Overall, it was a lovely one-night stay, and I would definitely stay again.
Fantastic hotel terrible bar
I attended a function here for the Presidential Debate. The bar is way over priced, the drinks small in size but, I could somewhat expect that in Miami but, the service was terrible. After waiting at the bar to be served for over 30 minutes it was clear that they had no idea who was next, they randomly selected people. So, when the 3rd person that got there after me started getting service I interrupted. If you are going to host a function, organize were people can get their drinks. The hotel is amazing, best shower ever, great view just the bar needs some major improvement
Very bad expensive
We was there in November we took b&b for 2 person like it s wrote on policy when we arrived to take it they told us breakfast was for 1 person and not 2, be careful they send you and email with their policy but don’t respect it. Reception is correct and the room too. The restaurant very expensive and not good products. You will find better outside for less expensive. At this time they never refund the breakfast.
Great after stay customer service!
This is our favorite hotel in Miami! Recently had a small complaint after our stay. The customer service agent went above and beyond to help. Seldom does a property care enough to call you ! This hotel does just that!! We will always stay here because of there caring!! This is a great property! They truly want you to have a great stay!!
Do judge this book by its cover
When we first arrived there was some confusion with my reservation which I was guaranteed, ahead of time, that it was handled. As things progressed I began to act a little “pissed” but the entire time, the Manager assured me everything was fine, they were sorry and they will take care of everything...they did and felt like an idiot afterwards. The staff- extremely friendly and helpful. The bellman went out of his way to get the elevator for us, the bartender allowed us to order food (different then the menu). The room - are you serious. These rooms were equivalent to the Trump Tower rooms in Las Vegas. Beautiful, spotless, odorless and appeared to be recently renovated. The location and rate- Right next to the airport, opposite the runways (so you hardly hear them). $160 for the night, well worth it.
