Please do NOT stay here. This hotel seems like a great deal, but I promise you that the facilities this hotel offers are not worth the price you are quoted. The hotel room I was in was dusty and it took constant reminders to get towels to our room, or even housekeeping for housekeeping to come to clean our room. On top of this terrible experience, I was charged an additional $50 after checkout for "room damages" that were not even caused by me or my partner staying in the room. Very disappointing experience. I will not be booking a stay at this hotel again.
Run from this place
Run from this hotel. I walked into the room and there was a blow dryer on the nightstand and it was running. I immediately told the front desk and they just said sorry and shrugged. I left my swimsuit in the room and called a day later when I realized it after checking out and the hotel claimed there was nothing left in the room. I also overheard two guests arguing with the manager because their bag was stolen while in the hotel’s care and the manager said it wasn’t the hotel’s fault. Rooftop pool drink prices on menu do not include tax and tip but when they charge you they won’t tell you that so you will think you have to tip additionally. How clever...
Service - Location - Price
First of all, this is not the luxury option. If you expect immaculate rooms, this is not the place. If you want to go to sleep at 9pm, this is not the place. If you want a place in the very heart of South Beach, staffed full of very friendly, very competent staff, then this is the place. Front desk was very welcoming. Our room was not ready at the check-in time so she gave us drink vouchers. The courtyard bar staff treated us like old friends. Liz, on the executive team, pitched in whenever the staff needed an extra hand. We stayed three nights and could not have been happier with the service. We spent Saturday at the rooftop pool (great!) and Rosie remembered us from the day before and even remembered what I liked to drink. We were in easy walking distance of our favorite restaurants and bars (11th St Diner, Pane & Vino, Naked Taco, Palace) and the beach. Our room was facing Collins Blvd. We saw some 'amazing' things from our room but when we go back, we will try to get a room in the back of the property.

The front desk lady Jana is really nice! She was very held and friendly. The hotel is Nice! I love the pool! Recommend! Everything is pretty close! The room are clean, They also have a liquor store, restaurant, pool and bar
Gem in the middle of South Beach
