Hilton Bentley Miami/South Beach

I stayed in 3 different rooms in this hotel and loved them all. The location can't be beat and the restaurant in the hotel is delectable. One of the absolute highlights was Robert, the concierge, and Antonio. They are incredibly friendly and kind and go out of their way to be helpful. They made Miami feel like home and we were so grateful for their hospitality. Make sure to seek them out if you're lucky enough to stay in this property!

We got into a hotel bar after being late to our flight. Without even knowing that the hotel is such a gem! It has a view on the beach so we could work on the balcony enjoying the blue waves. The restaurant onsite - Santorini - is outstanding. The freshest seafood cooked in the best Greek traditions. Size of portions also matches Greek hospitality one plate can be easily ordered for two people. The staff at reception was very friendly. Kenyata was able to get us a room type we wanted and made sure our stay is comfortable overall. We ended up staying for a week and will be definitely coming back!

My boyfriend and I spent a few days here last week. The room was very clean, and the service was excellent. We felt covid safe! Everyone we encountered was polite and friendly, from the front desk staff to the servers in the restaurant. They provided water bottles throughout the day. We had a wonderful breakfast every morning near the pool, with omelettes and fresh fruit. We will stay here again because of Robert, the concierge. Robert went over and above to recommend restaurants and places to see live music. He was extremely helpful, and always with a smile. We highly recommend!

We stayed at the Hilton Bentley Jan 7-10 and very much enjoyed the hotel and location. First of all ... it is expensive. At $2,500 for 3 nights, it’s quite expensive. But, worth the price based on the location. Right on the beach and a very short walk to excellent restaurants in South Beach. Actually, one of the best restaurants in South Beach is in the hotel lobby. Santorini’s serves Greek food and is the location for Hilton’s Diamond breakfast ($20 credit per person at this time). We have been Hilton Diamond members for many years,and were upgraded to a very nice and large two bedroom suite on the corner of the 5th floor facing the ocean. Could not have asked for a better suite (except maybe the penthouse ;-). Our suite had a full kitchen with dishes, utensils, oven, range, microwave, and a full size refrigerator with ice maker. Very nice ! Hilton has soft loungers and umbrellas available on the beach for hotel guests. The beach staff will even bring lunch from Santorini’s to the beach. Overall, we had a wonderful stay with friendly hotel staff. Would definitely return for another visit !,

Crazy busy, no lobby, half the rooms are in a back building away from the ocean, small amount of ocean front rooms, rooms not ready by 4pm, no room on property for the valet to handle all the cars at check in and check out, no beach view from the pool area, super crowded, they don’t care if you have earned diamond or gold status because everybody has seems to have status with an AMEX card, good location, employees were overworked,
