I stayed 4 night and was I little nervous from the reviews. The airport has a free shuttle which is helpful, though it’s a very long walk to get to the pickup area. Once we got to the hotel we weren’t greeted by Maria, she’s so nice, polite and welcoming! She made us feel home since we arived. The hotel rooms were nice and clean! Amazing light in the bathroom and had a hair dryer which was very helpful. Shower worked great for me but seemed small for someone tall. The cleaning lady was also very polite and friendly! The vending machines were an issue! Always out of water. I tried buying water twice with my CC and after swiping it said sold out but still charged my card! I went to the lobby in the morning were the gentleman said he couldn’t do anything about it and recommended no to use it anymore. I asked for the company’s contact to open a claim and they couldn’t even provide me that. So I basically lost that money. Also, you can clearly hear your room’s neighbors. Besides these issues, I do recommend the hotel if you find it at an affordable price to book.

Stayed at hotel before a trip and left car at hotel. Staff did not respond to pick us up after our trip. After numerous phone calls that went unanswered and one staff member actually hung up, we paid a taxi to take us to hotel to get our car. Went to front desk to let them know.

First of all I'm so disappointed of this holiday inn restaurant service , the front desk staff Kayla and rodger (think is hes name) amazing helpfull 5☆.I'm a restaurant server as well from the company holiday inn aruba. And I feel so sad/mad because Every restaurant that I go from the brand they treats us/me super well as a person who came to spend In their establishment should be treated. The hostess maria was good. The server don't know about sales or just don't care, she never showed up to the table. I know if it's a busy restaurant I can understand but no it's was super quiet. She stay att the computer for like 15-20 minutes ( without lying or exaggerating ) come say hallo try to upsale greet your guest do something the pick up waiter it looked like a statue.. that's not the way to treat a guest if somebody came to your restaurant that's mean he will spend and you can make his dinner/stay go better.... sad part of the story when we stand up to walk out from the restaurant.. she say in Spanish ( uyyy es que la gente no tiene paciencia) instead of trying to win back the sale or just apologize for the long time wait...... tu mediocridad daña el trabajo de otros meseros que si queremos que esta marca resalte y velamos por nuestros clientes primero y principalmente, una buena venta, una buena propina. This hotel lacks pride. Few of the people working here seem to enjoy their job. The cliental is loud and disrespectful. Expect to experience people arguing in the hallway at 2 am, partying in the room next to you, screaming, and walking into the reception in nothing more than a bathing suit. It's a pretty ugly scene. The hotel staff do not require anything from the clients, much less of themselves. I have seen a few reviews on here mentioning "gross" and that is correct.

We needed a place (refrigerator or freezer) to store some key lime pies we bought before our flight home. Some one from the front desk graciously said we could store them in an employee refrigerator. They were super helpful. Thanks for being willing to go outside the box and help an IHG customer!
