Perhaps one of the worst places I have ever stayed!
Don’t book there!!

Ok to start off, with the pros; beautiful location, beautiful views sound good? Read on..
Stayed there for our anniversary, first night got there late and was starving- tiki bar closed so we went to the on-site restaurant blue gin- food inedible steak tasted like it was cooked in microwave! Husbands food also disgusting 🤮..
Not to mention restaurant was dirty..
But hey, that’s ok rest of trip will be better..
Bed sunk in the middle and not comfortable, several broken things in room building extremely run down .
First an worst of all! 🔥 alarm goes off at 6:30 am!
Everyone in building walks down. We walked down 16 flights of stairs! I repeat 16 flights!
Now, I have a hard time w stairs because I have a medical condition.. this gave me a horrible flare up abd I ended up w a horrible back ache and excruciating pain that ruined our vacation!!
To make matters worse we were told they were testing their fire alarm! At 6:30 am!!!!
No apologies, no warning ever given!
Pool was filthy and full of people w blasting radios w mega speakers- not to mention blaring obnoxious music from tiki bar!
Vallet guys were hardworking but understaffed taking forever to get your car..
The stench of pot smoking was also everywhere..
Along w not the greatest crowd there too..
Room from mid beach vacation rentals ( located in the lobby was filthy- tried calling to report our bed never being changed ( see pictures) and it was closed at 7 pm!
With no customer service! Look at the pics!
We had to sleep on the bed w no sheets!
Overall not the relaxing romantic vacation I was hoping for!
Stay else where w your money!
Take a look at the pictures!
Pics are deceptive

The Castle Beach building design & layout itself was nice but the website pictures are deceptive. This property is lacking & in dire need of a new exterior paint job and some upgrades. The décor in the lobby was old and uninviting. The elevator system was initially quite confusing. The Hosts need to do a better job in explaining how the elevators work. We stayed in a pvt condo with a balcony that gave the most amazing view of the ocean. However, the balcony furniture could use some sprucing up & maybe a potted plant or two. The studio had a small flat screen TV with a very limited number of channels. There was a kitchenette with a 7 cubic feet refrigerator and a hot plate that was broken. The sliding door to the balcony always remained slightly a jarred, so there was always the sound of wind coming through the door. The windows and sliding door are not tinted, so this made the bedroom very hot until about 3pm or 4pm. The bathroom was nice but very small. The shop on the mail level was small and offered some hot foods, alcoholic beverages, and snacks. However, the shop on the lower level next to the pool left much to be desired. Be prepared to pay twice or even four times the price. The on-site restaurant on the main level is terrible for what they charge. Overcooked lamb with beans, chicken with plantains, three alcoholic beverages coupled with an extremely shameful service totaled $130. In addition, three shots of Patron and two other mixed drink’s totaled almost $70.
All Types here but a bit of a dump

I spent 3 nights here with my 15 year old son as a quick get away from up North. Place was packed with groups of very loud people. Most were very friendly but overall it felt like a very trashy place. I booked it through an AirBNB and would much rather have stayed in a hotel where they at least cleaned the rooms and gave new towels each day. The pool was so crowded with people drinking in it, I had no desire to get in.
Possibly a fun place if you are in your 20’s and with friends, but not a place for families whatsoever. Would not return.

I could go into detail, but I'll keep it simple.
A schizophrenic property: part hotel, part condo, part Air B&B. Three concierges, depending how you book. I was unaware of this when I committed on Booking.com, and found that hundreds of dollars would be charged by the 'hotel' regardless of booking.com's own sensible refund policy, including a $250 'cleaning fee' which must have been for services rendered before our arrival and after our departure. It did not include any room cleaning during our 13 day stay, toilet paper refills, or clean towels beyond those we found stocked on arrival. The car valet staff is the only hotel 'presence' of any value. Otherwise, you're checked in by 'security' who cannot help with out of control guests, loud radios by the pool, or the dozens of brazen pot smokers crammed into rooms made more affordable by crafty cheapskates who unloaded air mattresses from their cars along with the half dozen friends who were sharing one room.
In the words of one well dressed woman screaming through the plexiglass that separated her from her disinterested concierges in the lobby:
"I can't stay in this place, NO ESTA BUENO, comprendé?!!!".
Well put, madame.
Horrible nasty hotel

oom smell musty and moldy. My reservation paperwork was not ready when I arrived I had to call Miami rentals customer service. Xtra fold away bed broken , I had to call n request another one . No clean towels daily , no room service “supposedly” due to Covid , but they have valet personnel working and handling different cars and not using hand sanitizer. I had to use a Clorox wipe keys and steering wheel. I do not recommend please go somewhere else
