Excellent as always
I have stayed at this location twice and both times I have been thoroughly impressed by the hotel. It is always so clean and the service is impeccable. They used a text message service and you could ask for anything from toiletries to valet service. I definitely recommend an oceanfront room so you can enjoy the ocean views!! You will definitely love staying here!
Nice staff, great location but very simple and old.
This hotel definitely did not seem like a 4 star hotel! It seemed more like a 2 star. The rooms and bathroom were old, simple and outdated! Not what we expected. The staff was nice and location was good.
Honeymoon
This was where we decided to stay for our honeymoon, we loved the hotel the only issue we had was the occupants in the room next door to us with a screaming toddler that at no time they tried to soothe them just let them scream their head off at 6:00 a.m.
It was ok (with great covid precautions)
Our family stayed here for 1 night and while it was a decent hotel with an amazing location, we couldn't help but feel underwhelmed. Rooms were decent sized with very unique decor. The beds were decent but not amazing. The grounds were unique. Pools were small but we still swam and had fun. The boardwalk was under construction so that took away from some of the things we were excited to do while there. The beach was gorgeous! Tons of room and clean sand. The drinks and food we're good, but a bit on the expensive side, I guess that's what we should expect for Miami Beach. Valet parking was free as we are Hyatt club members. We originally had planned on staying there for 3 nights during our trip but ended up cancelling the last two and staying adlt a different property.
The Beach!!!
I love the style of the chairs and umbrellas, really makes the hotel pop out with the colors. Michael took care of me at the beach, he was so nice and funny. Everyone at the beach was so great, will definitely come back.
