Stayed here for 1 night on a roadtrip. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The free breakfast was nice, some people were complaining about the jimmy dean sandwiches, but they also have waffles, cereal, fruit, yogurt and a variety of bread/muffins.

Not a good experience

I would not stay here again. It was very disappointing. Pool was ice cold, front staff had many complaints from many customers and made a lot of excuses. None of the rooms had microwaves but the breakfast bag for breakfast was a cold sandwich. Since there was no elevator we made plenty of trips down the stairs to wait in line to use the microwave in lobby. We requested ground level floor when making reservation on choice app but at check in was told there were none available.

Quality Inn in Michigan City provided us with an affordable, clean and comfortable stay for our shopping and bar-hopping weekend. It's right off the highway and close to restaurants, and the outlet mall.

These days dealing with hotel front desk agents can be a nightmare. NOT so at Quality Inn Michigan City. SARAH is AWESOME. What a breath of fresh air. Finally a hotel agent concerned with only one thing, keeping the customers happy. It's the way it should be, but sadly, not usually the way it is these days at other hotels. Keep up the great work Sarah! Definitely stay here if you need a clean hotel for an amazing price!!!
