All is great except the point system. My company chooses other motels but my choice is Wyndham but because of its through my company no one gets my points. Me and my crew Always use your motels but I get no rewards for my choice.

Needed a quick stop off for the night on our way to visit family for the holidays. This bitterly is right off the Hwy. so very convenient location but Google maps and Waze couldn't find the correct entrance.

At its essentials, a hotel is a place to sleep and shower. But what if the tub isn't draining and you skip that shower? You still pay and don't even get an apology. Beyond that, it could have been a 4 star review.

We stayed for three nights, not once was our room cleaned or towels/coffee replenished on the second night I had to go down to the front desk and ask for towels at which point they said a note will be made to clean our room never happened. There are too many hotels in this area for that type of service. Just pick one of the many others in area

All good except for NON OPERATING FRIDGE as advertised. I loved the room & location. But my numerous complaints of WARM FRIDGE NOT WORKING fell on deaf ears. I was told "they work fine". Duh... false advertising!!!
