False advertising
The pictures of the hotel/ rooms online is far from reality. The hotel in general is in serious need of a renovation. Furthermore I do not understand why this hotel is a 4-star, because it seemed more like a 2-star hotel. The bathrooms were not well equipped and it was not really clean either. Furthermore the breakfast was disappointing, because it was so limited. All in all, I would not recommend staying at this hotel and I myself will not be returning here.
Great for groups
We stayed here as a family and found it a little too far out for our liking, was a 45 euro Uber from the central train station. The place is tidy, spacious and has lovely staff but does seem a little aged. Was a little unsure what was happening to the ceilings in our room, they had gaps where you could see in the interior and all that was going on. The beds are super comfortable but there was no cups or jug for hot drinks despite there being a kitchen. Breakfast was lovely and simple and we dined at the restaurant each night because we were too far away from anything else, portions are very generous. Overall it feels very homely, quiet and relaxing for a hotel of that size
Travel on a budget
I stayed in this hotel with a friend during the milano tattoo convention. The room was really spatious and the bed comfortable. Breakfast absolutely delicious. The only thing is the decor a bit dated, but other than that good price quality balance
Very simple hotel, terrible restaurant
This hotel it is a simple hotel, good for the people which are staying for long time in Milano, for a bussines purpose. The rooms are clean and have a small kitchen, where you may cook, but you have no objects to help you to do it, no plates, no nothing. Around hotel it is no restaurant, so you have to use the hotel restaurant and here the food it is not good. For sure I will not come here again.
Worst experience
DO NOT GO THERE If you have to pick a hotel in Milan stay away from this place. Staff is impolite and disrespectful. We had a sewer influent in the whole room, poop and dirty water everywhere. The staff cleaned it with bath towels and sent us back to the same room. We had to claim for another room while they were lying to us saying the hotel was fully booked. Afterwards, when we gave them or clothes and dirty stuff for them to clean, they just washed the suitcase with water and did nothing else. It was the worst stay we ever had. The worst place and the most dishonest people. DO NOT GO THERE !
