We are a family of five and booked an apartment. We arrived within the checkin times and found no answer to the intercom. We telephoned and few minutes later we were let in. The parking is in a secure courtyard and the apartment was well furnished with everything we needed. We checked out on time and had no issues. The metro line is 5 minutes away and very efficient, €4.50 for all day travel card. The 24hr supermarket was a short walk away and large enough to cover most needs. It was a good base for a few days in the city without the need for taking the car in.

i have booked the apartment on booking, non refundable one. i have requested late check in, after 20:00. Property has refused late check in as they are working exactly till 20:00. They said that they cant give my money back. Unfortunately i couldn't manage to reach the property till 20:00 as my flight was late and plus on passport control there was a queue. They are not flexible and it is not the first time that they are refusing late check in. Dont think that this is cheap and lets try, if you are not sure that you will be there on time dont risk. Worst experience ever. In italy i have visited other cities as well and there was no problem with late chek in. fraud dont book.

Now that I read the reviews on TripAdvisor I can see that I am not the only one who had a bad experience with the hotel. We booked this hotel and turned up at the hotel on the dot at 8 pm. No one picked the phone and they didn't have any alternate emergency numbers So 4 of us with all the luggage we dragged from the metro 10 mins away walked back at 9 pm and started searching desperately for other hotel options I just got mailed that today that they wouldn't refund the amount like all the other people fleeced here Avoid like the plague.

Friendly staff, we checked in a hour earlier which wasn't a problem at all! Aircon works good, supermarket nearby, great gelataria in the street! ;) subway is a 5 min walk, easy to find. It is an expensive city Milaan; at Duomo you pay 8€ for one tap beer or cola.

I made an online order at 16/5/2017 at 19:32 and cancelled it on 19:33 - one minute later - this order was for a trip in JULY! They charged me for 3 nights!!! I called them 10 minutes after and asked to re-order but was refused!!! Some countries have laws against this kind of behaviour - this is a plain theft!
