Stayed in a studio room with 5 adults. Good size, very clean and modern. I noticed some floors have yet to be refurbished. Lovely little breakfast room on roof. Great coffee and basic contental breakfast. Restricted a little due to covid restrictions. Service excellent throughout. Helpful and friendly. Location pretty good - about 25 min walk into central Milan - cathedral. Its a nice interesting walk so not a chore. And considering the size of Milan a very central location. Would book again no hesitation.

The family room we had booked was unavailable but we got 2 rooms next to each other. The gentleman on the desk was very grateful that we didn't make a fuss about this and gave us free drinks and snacks at the bar - very much appreciated. Breakfast was served on the top of the hotel. On our last morning we arrived at 10:05 and breakfast stops at 10:00 - but the lovely lady gave us breakfast anyway. Not a fancy place but a good base for seeing Milan.

I stayed in Milan for working purposes with my team. All the staff was very helpful ,polite .we have been welcomed and had the feeling to be at home. Breakfast was very good with choice ,very good croissant and excellent coffee and cappuccino. There was fresh fruit salad , organic yogurt.. excellent.normally I don't use the soaps and shampoos provided buy the hotels...but here I was attracted but the orange perfumed soap,and body cream.that was very good.i will go back for sure.For now a great thanks to the manager and staff...see you soon

We stayed here with other family members for five nights last October. It was a wonderful stay in every respect. The location can't be beat. There are many eating places nearby and you can get a very nice meal with wine for a reasonable price. The staff was invariably friendly and helpful. Breakfast upstairs was varied and plentiful. And, most important, our rooms were good size with a comfortable mattress and a good size shower.

We stayed here for a week in December and were pleased with everything. From Malpensa Airport we got the Malpensa Express Train (13 Euro single) to Cadorna stop (45 mins) and walked from there to hotel (20 mins). Although you could easily get the Metro three stops to Wagner stop (2 Euro single) and 5 min walk from there. Very friendly, welcoming, helpful staff, with very good English. Nice reception/lobby/lounge/bar. PC with internet & printer available for guest use. Compact room with large bathroom. Very clean. Kettle, safe, minibar/fridge & hairdryer. Only slight negative, our room was at the top of the stairs/entrance to the lift, so a bit noisy from other guests coming & going. Lovely breakfast room on the fourth floor. Lovely, friendly, accommodating staff. Tea, espresso, cappuccino, latte etc all available. Croissants, rolls, bread, cereals, fruit, yogurts, cheese, meat & cake all there. Good area for local shops and particularly a wide variety of bars, restaurants, cafes etc. Also convenient for public transport.
