Beautiful comfortable clean room. Better than I expected for the price we paid. Staff was very friendly and friendly to our dog. Breakfast was less than expected, but had enough to get us by. Will stay again.

My amazing husband and I stayed over last weekend Friday night through Sunday morning, while looking at houses in Milan and other nearby areas. This hotel was so conveniently located, especially because we are not familiar with this area/state (We are moving from NE Ohio in January 2020.)! The staff was very friendly and continued to ask if there was anything we needed to let them know. The room overall, the pool, free breakfast and 24-hours coffee/tea/hot chocolate were all positive points. The only reason I didn't give it five stars-type rating is that the Wi-fi was not working properly all weekend, preventing my husband from getting some work done over the weekend. They were apologetic and did attempt to fix it, though. Would/will we stay here again if the opportunity arises? Absolutely. Thank you to all who made our first stay in Milan pleasant.

All new paint and newly updated rooms. Swimming pool is wonderful. Very awesome rates for rooms. A wonderful staff. The sleep inn in Milan is good place travel and near by ann arbor to hangout. The best hotel in Milan.

We needed a handicapped room as husband is in wheelchair. We were provided with handicapped accessible room. Every staff member was kind, courteous and went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed. The morning breakfast was really good. Location is within walking distance to many fast food places and cvs across the street.

We stayed with family for a wedding in the area. Came from near and far to gather for the celebration with no expectation other than a clean room. Walked away only able to say the front desk staff and breakfast staff were friendly and kind however that's it. The hotel had no hot water for our family's showers and although it was 90 plus degrees out, the water was cold! The rooms were not very clean with dust and stains around. When I called twice to talk to the manager about some sort of discount as we took cold showers for two days, he/she never returned my call. I've stayed in many many hotels due to traveling for kids sports and would advise others to keep looking as this was not worth the money spent! I'm typically not a complainer but was quite disappointed that the manager wouldn't return my call out of courtesy.
