Stayed here for a week and what can i say... Staff excellent, really friendy and go out of their way to help and make you feel really welcome. There's so much to choose from for breakfast, absolutely something for everyone and again the dining staff are so helpfu and work so hard . The room on the 5th floor at the front was really comfortable and cosy and i didn't find noise a problem even on market day...it might be if you're a really light sleeper but the double glazing is excellent. Evening meals are served in the bar area where again, the staff can't do enough for you and the menu, whilst not very extensive is excellent. There's a metro stop very close by as well as a tram stop which is a great way to get around. I would just like to thank all the staff for making us feel so welcome. Being typical Brits we don't speak Italian but everyone in the hotel made us feel at home. Will definitely stay here again should we return to Milian.

Exclusive hotel at a decent price

For a mid range price you certainly get much for the money. Inside its a beautiful classic looking hotel with premium feeling, materials as well as service. Does offer very good value for your money with a double room + breakfast for €100 a night. The location is very good just a couple of hundred meters from the Gerusalemme metro station, that takes you to the San Siro in just 10 minutes with no changes.

Nice hotel, but sadly too loud

The hotel is well located and the staff very friendly. However, there were a few things that bothered us: - the garage entry is not ideal for lowlevel cars - the hotel should warn guests that there is a market on Tuesdays and Saturdays, where they start building tents at 5am. - the bed sheets were a bit damaged (see photo).

This hotel was just ok. Breakfast was also just ok. Heating never worked well which was a problem in January Staff were friendly, however gave us misleading information. We booked a taxi through the hotel to the airport early in the morning and were reassured 3 times we could pay the 100 euros on card only to arrive at the airport and have an argument with the cab driver when he insisted he could only take cash. We then had to source an ATM. A difficult experience at 6.30 in the morning.

Stayed at this hotel over the new year... can’t fault anything, really helpful staff, great breakfast selection, room really comfortable (pillows a little hard..), location so easy four stops on metro to city centre, two stops from Garibaldi Station which links Malpensa Airport express 50 mins right to terminals... Looking forward to going back
