Stayed here for two nights with a friend for a girls weekend. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The staff was very helpful and so sweet! We met Lou the general manager. The first morning we enjoyed breakfast, I asked him about their famous cinnamon rolls. he felt awful that they were out but promised to have them the next morning. Sure enough, they were there the next morning! The staff made sure we had everything we needed. Very enjoyable visit. Will be back!

Pack a tent you may be left with no room

Better have your tent ready! They cancelled our reservation the day of and did not notify us. We found out Saturday evening trying to check in at 7:30 pm no replacement accommodations offered no manager available. The front desk helpless. Hotel gave us hard time getting our refund back. I sent a notification to the Better Business Bureau.

They cancelled our reservation a week before travel because they are not with Choice Hotels anymore. We have called Choice hotels, and attempted to call the hotel. I have called every number I can find to get my money back. 3 rooms at $438.50 each. I will be sending a notification to the Better Business Bureau as soon as I finish this review.

Dirty stained hallways. Toilet plugged and no maintenance available because at 3 pm they were already gone. Refrigerator broken, curtain hanging off hook and bathroom floor had bugs and dust all over it. My kids room had a broken bed. I would never stay here!

Poor customer experience. Exchanging towels and trash at the front desk, with no house keeping for the weekend. Night time traffic is very unsafe. There’s a few minor Maintenance issues in the passageway and the room I was in, I don’t know if it’s an issue of having personnel or the hotel saving money
