The stay was everything the beds were comfortable the food was good and hit the coffee was fresh and strong every yes every staff member treated us like family... the owner accommodated our ENTIRE family for the repass

room was uncleaned for many days, beds made with filthy bedding. used cleanest cover to lay over filth couch, TV wouldn't shut off so I had to cover it with a towel over night. windows looking over pool space were small had prints the entire surface up about 2 feet! mirrors the same small hand prints and one wiped down with what looked like lard.

Never will stay there again!! Blood on curtains, stains on wall by toilet. The pull out couch was stained and like laying on straight up springs. Windows on one side of the hotel were missing. Car on same side of building had shattered front and back window. No towels or linens, pillows for pull out. Would rate 0 if I was able to.

Could be a very nice hotel with a good cleaning and some maintenance. Needs a staff that cares about what the customer thinks . Would try another hotel if I visited Milwaukee area again. Also asked for a $100 damage deposit not mentioned during booking.

Hotel was clean, continental breakfast was good..no complaints at all..very friendly workers..would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice place to stay..We stayed two days ..wouldve stayed longer if needed to..I stay at other hotels in Milwaukee..this was by far the best.
