My family and I enjoyed a long stay and loved them! They were amazing days at this hotel and the stuff were very helpful. After much research we had decided to stay here. I HIGHLY recommend it, especially if you like to be in the center of the city with good restaurants and entrainment around, everything within walking distance. The staff were super nice, accommodating everything we needed. Ask for Becky, she is the best at the FD. The restaurant had amazing food and loved they are pet friendly! We will def return :)

Clean hotel, small room, no microwave

If you're planning to stay 2 or 3 nights the hotel is fine. I would say having done alot of traveling that this is not a 4 star hotel by any means. My wife and I stayed 12 nights and the room although clean was way too small. The bed was always clean and comfortable. The hotel was one of the quieter places we've stayed in lima miraflores but that may be because of the covid curfew in effect more so than the location. The bathroom was also too small but the shower was very good. Remember do not consume any water from the shower or faucet. This was my 9th trip to this part of Lima and I promise you that you will get very sick. No microwave in the room and not even having access to a microwave downstairs at any time was problematic and added to our trip budget. Small refrigerator in the room and an electric water boiler was a plus. The breakfast buffet was adequate about what you might find at holiday inn express or Hampton Inn back in the states (2 star hotels). I don't understand why they rarely had bananas and the whole napkin scarcity thing is odd? I think the hotel staff and staff in the restaurant area were for the most part helpful. For some reason the hotel caters to soccer teams so they seem to get most of the attention from the hotel staff when they are here. The soccer teams (just kids) in the hotel also don't understand some of the covid rules the way most others do around Miraflores ie mask wearing, social distancing etc. Weekends at the hotel when business picks up can be at times hectic. Overall the hotel feels safe and secure but i still wouldn't leave anything of value in the room when you're not there. You probably shouldn't be bringing anything of value to Peru because the economic and social situation has gotten worse. But if you must, keep them on you securely at all times. I think overall considering the times we're in that the hotel stay was closer to a "4" then a "3" but the no microwave thing really was not acceptable.

Restaurant food is average. In a country where good food is not luxury, it is absurd to have a chicken broth with a quarter of a potato and full of zucchini; it just remains me of Publix take out soup. On the other hand, customer service, staff, safety and cleaning is good or very good.

Modern & centrally located hotel

We stayed at the property in the midst of the lockdown. Check-in was handled smoothly by Jesus. Our standard double room had modern furnishings and looked out on the courtyard. The bed was very comfortable and I particularly liked the bedding. The flow of the en-suite shower was quite a strong. You were spoiled for choice at the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar were closed due to the lockdown, but room service was available. We ordered on two occassions and the food quality surpassed our expectations each time.

Another superb Accor hotel in Lima

Lima seems very well-served with Accor hotels, for I have tested some of them already, and my hope is really to have some others spread around the country some time soon! This one is located in Miraflores district, one block away from the busy Benavides Avenue and two from famous Larco and all its attractions and facilities. The building is not new but has been remodelled recently, the hotel itself is no full year old and one can see the excellent taste in decoration, very sober. One problem is it not having solid walls, which means all noises can be heard both through them and the ventilation ducts. The suite is really large and has to individual areas connected by a small corridor, whch makes it perfect for families; I'd suggest a running glass door at the master bedroom for more privacy, though, and a door bell, for nobody can actually hear the knocking on the door. Each suite has its own router, which makes internet quite fast there; the problem is that it's not continuous and one must log in again after every unused minute, very annoying! The line of amenities is very good and it's the same used by other hotel chains in Peru, like Tierra Viva.The bathroom could be perhaps larger and water leaks though the hinges, causing some floodng and bringing some risk of sliding. I haven't seen so many TV channels available in any other hotel in Peru; it's not that one shall be trapped in the room by the rain and must be kept busy, but it is always good to know they are there, thumbs up! Breakfast is really high class and comparable to 5* hotels in the city, both in terms of variety and presentation - I'd even say it's better than at Pullman's, which only looks nice! All in all, a place to be surely considered for future visits and very well-managed by Victor, Mariel and team!!
