We had an amazing view. Indoor pool was perfect for my young kiddos in the winter. The condo we were in was in was dated but we still had an amazing time!! East walk to the beach and my only complaint is that you have to walk outside to get tot he pool. It was chilly when we went so that was not fun with our two little kids. We Would definitely return and would recommend this place to family and friends.

There was a group of 18 .. we all stayed on the Seascape Property. Myself and another family stayed at majestic sun, another family stayed at the villas and the last group stayed at Ariel Dunes II. The property was nice and had plenty of pools and lounging areas. The problem that I had is that the rooms in majestic sun and the Boardwalk villas were not tidy. They look like someone cleaning just doing bare minimum. I love very clean places so I had to clean with bleach and sanitize beds…bathrooms.. living room and definitely the kitchen to feel better. The floor wasn’t well swept it had a lot of sand in the walking area. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I just wanted to make sure the all properties are clean and tidy so that people feel better in their condo. I have stayed at this properties 5 times so I actually love the property, last time Christmas 2019 before the pandemic . I know good help is hard to find since the pandemic but I Just would like to see the condos a bit tidier.

Vacasa Majestic Sun unit A0801A owner controlled thermostat that is locked at 75 degrees and app locked!

We rented this unit in August for a week and it has a great location but be warned that Vacasa doesn’t tell you that you cannot lower temp of thermostat below 70 degrees or you pay for a line freeze repair as a rentor. We complained after a day when we realized the temp never went below 74 degrees and on average stayed at 75 degrees. We called Vacasa several times and never got fixed — maybe for an hour but it quickly reverted back to a locked 75 degree temp. We woke us sweating several times because it was very warm. We could not get a good nights’ sleep at any point on this vacation! It was warm and muggy since we are in Florida in August and Majestic Sun A0801 owner controlled the thermostat and locked in at 75 degrees. Vacasa then was called on the last night because the temp at 5am was 79 degrees and we were leaving at 10 am but they have it on record that we only called once when we called 6 times to complain about how warm it is in this unit. Look at the pictures and warnings that Vacasa has but never tells you before you rent—- not even in their advertising. Terrible and awful place to stay!!! Vacasa says 24/7 service —- NOT!!!! They hung up on us one time and when we called we had to let it ring for 20 min before they answered and that happened twice! Vacasa says they can’t locate our reservation when we used a phone number or reservation confirmation because Vacasa says we reserved thru Marriott and then put on hold for another 10 min and then another hold before they acknowledged us. Stay elsewhere!!! Terrible management service and owner control of thermostat.

Nice condo, close to everything you need

Nice condo with plenty of space. We stayed in 1112B with 7 people. 3 beds 3 baths. Kitchen is great size and layout. Great beds and decor. Views from balcony were so great. My biggest complaint is that everything is just super crowded- pools, beach, everything. Would stay here again but maybe in slower season.

Miramar Beach - Condo 1203!

Beautiful property with great amenities and beachfront location. We stayed in 1203 which is the premier property in the place. 3 bed and 3 bath place 2 sets of bunks in hall niche. Food and fun within a walk or short drive including outlet mall when you need time out of the sun.
