Over priced rates, over priced restaurant, in need of renovations, no sound proofing between walls (I could hear the words people were saying in the next room). They text you constantly, why? You are much better off getting a room with an affordable hotel chain. I regret spending so much money and I had the “government rate”.

Horrible experience with disrespectful front desk guy

I’ve stayed in this particular hotel for several times and every time I had a good stay but last nite I had a worst experience because I book room here paid full amount to enjoy my day off with my friend but this guy at front desk named “John” treated us very badly . He disrespected us and literally kick us out during midnight because I forgot my id but we insisted to provide my friend id and I had my id at phone . For this small reason he threatened to call police on us . Is this how hotel train their staff ? Horrible experience and never coming back to this place again. I won’t recommend this place to anyone else. This 1 star is for this particular staff i wish there is zero star or minus I would put that for him .

terrible customer service and you're discriminated against if you don't have a credit card and expects you to pay over 500 dollars to "hold" to prove identity even if you have multiple forms of ID. hard pass

Nice hotel

Nice welcome and nice service. The room was nice and clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was classic Canadian and the atmosphere was relaxing. Did not have time to use the pool but it looked nice too.

I stay at Hilton hotels at least 50 nights per year, at locations across North America and Europe. The personnel at this location was by far the friendliest group of hotel employees I have ever met. Their level of professionalism was above and beyond!
