DO NOT STAY HERE

This is undeniably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Coming from someone who likes to travel and stays in very many hotels, I would not advise anyone to go to this hotel. And saying that would be an understatement. I paid $200 a night (plus tax) only to have to use the stairs every time I wanted to up to my ‘suite’. The elevators were either constantly full or just ruined. The ‘included breakfast’ was even worse. There were eggs, bagels, and some yogurt. The eggs weren’t even cooked right. I didn’t think it was possible to mess up how to cook eggs, until I ate their eggs. And don’t even get me started on the bagels. I would spend more time describing this place but I really don’t think it’s worth my time or yours. Do yourself a favour and don’t stay go here.

The Room was big and clean had a kitchenette which was a bonus. We Loved the atrium area was nice to sit and relax. The bbq in the atrium is a great idea never got a chance to try them. Pool was nice would be amazing if it opened up to the atrium. breakfast was great.
Comfortable with good sized rooms, space to work and a decent TV in the suite

Great stay for the weekend recuperating between two flat out weeks on business travel. Friendly staff, good laundry facilities, and a large HD tv in the room with Netflix. Super comfy bed, good AC too. Just what was needed! One thing - for the love of the planet - PLEASE get some more sustainable items in this hotel - far too much plastic being used for breakfast, coffee etc - Not needed in 2022!!!
LONG STAY NEAR AIRPORT, POOR TO AVERAGE RATING!

Our stay was just ok. The pictures on website are deceiving. The rooms especially kitchen and bathroom could have been cleaned better. There was paint peeling on wall in bathroom and you would NEVER want to cook in the cookware in the kitchen. There were only two pots with lids and no frying pan which a frying pan is a must. The non stick part was peeling and almost scraped away which is a health hazard. We booked here for the ability to cook a bit but once we opened the cabinets and took a look at the cookware we said, no way! We did not bother reporting to front desk as we did not want to bother at that point as our stay was almost over. The towel in kitchen smelled of cooking oil so not sure if they washed it or if they did, did they use detergent? The beds were average and we did get a good nights sleep. We brought our own toiletries and good thing we did as you get a bar of soap the size of your thumb. They did have shower gel, shampoo and conditioner which was ok. The breakfast was just average with eggs, sausage, bagels, breads, yogurt, muffins, a bit of fruit and oatmeal. One of the biggest concerns here is safety. This hotel caters to people that are here that are either homeless, get support from the government and many have large families. These people hang in hallways, kids run wild and also hang outside. We were not expecting this and if we had known we would not have booked. We thought due to location, the website and pictures that this hotel was for business travelers which told us there would be quiet, cleanliness and safety. We actually did not see many business travelers at all. We even saw the door in back of hotel propped open with a rock which we immediately removed ourselves and told the front desk. Noticed that these families took extra food at the breakfast time and stored away either under a stroller or in a purse which left not much for other guests and you had to constantly ask for more of this or that. The lady that worked at breakfast buffet was exceptionally nice and very accommodating. We used laundry facilities and one washer was broken but the other worked fine. They do need to clean the dryer vents due to major backup of lint that you could not remove which can cause a fire. Definitely did not feel like we were at a Marriott hotel. The staff was very good, friendly and not rude as some of the comments state. Our shower curtain smelled bad and they promptly replaced it. We chose not to have room cleaned so cannot comment on this service but they did bring extra towels, toilet paper, etc when requested or you can get at front desk. The location is near businesses and airport so not much around and you do need a car. Overall, this place needs an upgrade/renovation and quick. We have stayed at hotels like this before but this one felt not up to par. We would not stay here again especially due to safety issues.
Spacious room, nice glass door shower; great staff

We were there for a work trip. From walking in to checking out the staff was helpful and courteous!! When we were working the dining area one night, kids were running around the lobby and the staff member did speak to them about their behavior (Thanks for taking care of that!) The room I had (162) had the glass shower door instead of the shower curtain. I used the gym a couple of days and was always kept clean. We would definitely use this hotel on our next trip to Toronto!!!
