PROS: •The kids liked the Xbox games and there was a large selection to borrow from. •The breakfast buffet was really good. They had an automatic pancake maker that made fresh pancakes in just one minute. There was good cold food and good hot food. For example, they had gravy, sausages, eggs, yogurt, and more. CONS: •The room was dirty! My son found a TOOTH near the toilet. •The bottom of the toilet seat was not cleaned. I had to clean the pee and poo myself. •One of the kid’s bunk beds had no padding, just hard springs. CONCLUSION: If it’s that dirty…who knows what else they didn’t clean?
Don’t stay in room #125 (or even at this hotel)!

Make sure you don’t stay in room #125. We got to listen to the laundry bang around until I asked them to shut it off at 11:30. Then they started it again at 2:30 am. Bang..bang..bang..bang…went the rest of the night with literally NO sleep. When I complained the representative responded with “well I hope you get good nights sleep tonight!” Pretty inconsiderate for a $350 a night room!
Excellent hotel for families with children

I reserved a bunk bed suite for my family and four and it was essentially the best room we could possibly have stayed in as a family. The room with bunk beds had a separate door to facilitate the kids' sleeping, cute crayon pictures on the wall, an Xbox (not useful for my two year olds but worth noting) and bunk beds they delighted in playing on. Then the adult room was spacious with a kitchenette and bathroom, and the breakfast was hearty. All in all, we couldn't have picked a better hotel for our family.
As usual you can count on Holiday Inn to be clean

The hotel is usually perfect to stay. Comfortable, clean, nice staff. I only stayed there 1 night but when my sister and 2 granddaughters woke to go to breakfast they were pleasantly surprised. I am teaching my granddaughters about the way people act that come from different states. What I mean is that some employees from states like where we come from are a bit busy. It is no knock against California but there is a difference. My 5-year-old granddaughter is just learning to have the courage to request things and breakfast is one of them. The employee named "Day" was so kind when both of my granddaughters were at breakfast and made them feel so comfortable that when they spoke with her their requests were as important as the adults that were there. This is my way of saying "thank you" for the experience.
Two night stay for our final stop in Montana

Clean room, generally quiet Breakfast was included, though during our stay, you were not allowed to get your own food - but had to request your desires through the designated staff member. Location just a few minutes drive from the downtown area.
