The room was clean and spacious, but that’s about it. I talked to the staff twice about having no hot water, but still never got any. Taking a cold shower after a day of hiking is not ideal. Toilet seat was also broken. Seems like the place was in need of maintenance.
Comfort Suites Moab near Arches National Park
Perfect weather, perfect visit to Arches National Park, excellent accommodations at Comfort Inn. Crystal the evening manager, was polite, cordial and extremely helpful. Very satisfied. Would highly recommend

1). Who decided to design a shower that to turn the water on, you have to get drenched with cold water? For whatever reason, TA did not give me an option of our visit in 10/20. Our visit was not 9/20. 2). Hot breakfast 3 days in a row was oatmeal, or biscuits & gravy. No eggs? No waffles? No French Toast. Odd that Best Western in another part of the state was able to change it up every day. Was never greeted when we walked in. There are better places with better service at better prices.
Excellent Location
This Comfort Suites is within walking distance of quite a few restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Our room was comfortable and relatively quiet. Breakfast was a grab and go bag, but there was biscuits and gravy and even some oatmeal one morning. One thing I especially liked about this hotel was the order forms left in our room to be hung on the door each morning by 9am. On the form, you could order extra towels, shampoo, soap, coffee, etc. When we got back from the National Park, our order was waiting for us. Pretty clever way to make sure guests were taken care of.
Good, but not great
I'd like to start with how awesome the staff was from checking in to breakfast to checking out. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I'd read reviews from other hotels about noisiness of being downtown near main street and had tried to get a hotel which would not have the same issue. Reviews of this place were all positive in regards to less noise than other hotels. We got unlucky and had a room that was right up against the street and the hotel was full so we couldn't move rooms. Construction is also currently going on right out front of the hotel on Main Street. Other than that, the room was nice and large and I don't have any other complaints about our stay. 4 stars because the stay wasn't exceptional in any way, but appears to have been better than an average hotel in the area.
