Always satisfied with La Quinta properties... great staff, clean and well organized building design...and fabulous breakfast. Also, so far no mask requirements/hassle. All these things are important to me, but most important are NO MASK Mandates!
Great location in Moab

Room was perfect for two friends traveling with a dog and very clean. Front desk staff was very friendly & helpful. Plenty of parking and well lit. Beds were comfy. Breakfast buffet had a good selection.
Superior customer service by Thomas and staff

I booked this hotel for our group of sports car drivers for a 2 night stay to explore Moab. IMO it was the best bang for the buck for a room in town. Our schedule had us arriving around noon but check-in was 3 PM. The hotel agreed to let us park our cars there to go to lunch and use their restroom facilities. Our schedule had us back on the road at 1:30 to explore Arches. As we were driving there from Grand Junction, Thomas contacted me and offered to give our group first priority on any rooms that might be available for early check-in. Then, after we arrived, he had his staff rope off an area in the parking lot just for our sports cars so we would not be dented by the various high clearance off road vehicles common to Moab. All of this was his idea without any request from me. the rooms did not disappoint and there are several restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk to satisfy anyone's taste. I had a room facing away from Main Street that was very quiet. There were no complaints from anyone in or group.
Great stay except for one aspect

Room was large. Staff was very nice. Room was cleaned and towels replaced each day while I was out. Refrigerator and microwave in room. Breakfast was adequate. My heat was broken when I checked in, but they repaired it very quickly. You can walk to a few restaurants but it is hard to cross the busy street. The outdoor pool was heated. The hot tub was nice. My room key wouldn’t work for the fitness room, but it appeared s though they had a few cardio machines. The bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, this hotel was not built for quiet. The room above me was making so much noise it was unbelievable. Almost like someone was jogging in place. And then at 5 AM, I was awakened by TWO distinct sessions of passionate lovemaking. I could also hear people talking in the adjacent room and walking the hallway. I tried earplugs but I still could hear people. I got the sense that the staff here cares more about the hotel than most hotel workers. They strive to do a good job. Unfortunately the cheap construction didn’t allow me to get 8 hours of sleep so I left slightly grumpy.
