Horrible experiencia
Las ama de llaves son super groseras nos estaban corriendo del cuarto por pasarnos 5min tarde del check out, el recepcionista de la noche anterior que llegamos nos dijo que saliéramos al medio día porque llegamos a hospedarnos a las 5 de la mañana y eso nunca lo entendió la maid super grosera la encargada una señora hindú igual de grosera todos se portaron muy racistas, a pesar de que el hotel esta en pésimas condiciones decidimos quedarnos porque era lo único disponible a esa hora pensamos bueno unas horas para descansar pero fue lo contrario super horrible experiencia jamas ne hospedería en ese hotel nunca me había tocado tanto racismo en Alabama!
Disgusting do not waste your money
Checked into room 224 and there were roaches everywhere, on the walls, the bed and the bathroom. They did not scatter when the lights came on. The room reeked of cigarette smoke.They moved me to room 201 and that room was dirty. I took pictures and reported them to the health department.
Disgusting!
Roof in the lobby was leaking! Buckets were being used to catch the water. The room was filthy. The light switch wasn’t functioning. The furniture was beat up. The smoke detector was lying on the table. The walls had smears with god-knows-what. We left and contacted Wyndham about the deplorable conditions of this place. Went to a La Quinta down the street where we found things as expected. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY!
Worst room ever
Room was poorly maintained from the floor to the ceiling. Room had a very musty odor. Carpet was very dirty. Can't walk on it without getting feet filthy. Ceiling had water damage. In general the room needed to be updated.
Not recommend
Rooms were not clean, stains all over floor, gross chairs, and rooms smells of Marijuana. My husband and I weren't even comfortable getting under the covers. The people living out of hotel are noisy and make you feel uncomfortable. Staff did not wear masks.
