Do not stay in building B
Reviewed 14 november, 2021
Terrible place to stay. Problems from first day, room keys would not work on lock. Took manager 4 sets of keys to get door unlocked. Shower flooded when you took a shower. Phone and tv did not work. People at front desk did not care. They said that they would have the maintenance guy look into it. The 3 weeks I stayed, there, there was marijuanna smell in the hallway so bad it septed into your room, EVER DAY. I informed the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do about it. They would come over and spray the hallway. I asked every day to be moved to building A, and was always told they were full. Terrible customer service. I had planned on staying 3 to 6 months for work, not anymore. DO NOT STAY HERE, UNLESS YOU LIKE MARIJUANNA SMELL. The bed was so lumpy and old that when you sat down you sink half way down.
Beware - res booked without consent

I called the hotel to ask about a rate. They looked up my Marriott number and then even after I told the I did not want the room they booked it. Did not see the booking confirmation until after I checked into the hotel I actually booked. It took 30 minutes to sort this out through Marriott central reservations. I talked to the hotel directly and they did not care. The response of the person at the front desk was that she did not book the room so it wasn’t her problem.
Disappointed - Lack of Guest Safety Concerns

I spent four nights here and was very disappointed in their safety procedures. The door in to my building was wired opened with zip ties so that anyone could enter the building with out an access key and this is UNACCEPTABLE. Additionally, the wall phone in the elevator lobby of the second floor was missing. The hotel is under going renovation so there is construction noise and the parking has a much reduced parking capacity. The staff was friendly and the hotel is operating under Covid 19 restrictions so there is no house keeping (which was fine). They did provide a bagged breakfast every morning. The room was equipped with flat screen tv's but it took two remote controls just to watch regular tv and there was no tv channel guides in the room. My room was newly renovated and very comfortable. The safety precautions would keep me from recommending this location.
Quick trip from FLL and on to Texas

Hotel lobby is under construction the Marriott site said nothing about the rooms being older and under construction or anything. I rooms were somewhat clean and I always bring my own cleaners with me especially now the thermostat was not wiped down I had to do it, in fact I wiped everything down again. Kitchen was not super clean either. I can’t stand a dirty bathroom and there was mold in the shower and a hair in the shower. As a titanium elite with Bonvoy I was not pleased with my stay. I would have gone someplace else if I had the time to do so. One thing good was the cold AC and the young lady at the check in desk was nice.

Be aware that the hotel is currently undergoing remodeling. It seems like it needs it so be aware before you arrive and are disappointed. Our closet is missing a door. Lobby torn up, materials to dance around with your luggage, etc. On the plus side, close to nearby restaurants so there is that
