My Flat Hotel

When I booked this hotel for a short business trip in July 2018 I expected the very basic level, but unfortunately the hotel failed to provide the necessary amenities. The shower is this plastic electric one that some of the brazilian households have. It is not very reliable in itself and mine wasn´t working (no hot water). The reception manager did not offer me another room, just to pick up my towel and take a shower at the reception area and then return to my room, since shower problem could not be resolved when I complained. Breakfast in the morning was very poor, there is not parking at the hotel, you have to use the one in the building on the same street and it is expensive. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

sem duvida alguma um otimo lugar para se hospedar, internet funcional e o servico excepcional! gostei do lugar e do acesso . Quartos limpos oeganizados e perfumados. O hotal e fica num lugar seguro e proximo de quase tudo que presisei gostei e indico porque fuio nem tratado e gostei do servico.

O lugar é novo, bem localizado, limpo, as camas são confortáveis, o atendimento é muito bom (funcionários super simpáticos), tem NETFLIX nas TVs, e o café da manhã... ah! Aquele café da manhã!! O único problema é o estacionamento não ser no próprio estabelecimento e ser cobrado à parte

Hotel é bom, quarto bem arrumado e limpo. Localização boa do hotel. Café da manhã é gostoso. Como ponto negativo é o estacionamento que não fica no hotel, e te que ficar indo na recepção buscar controle e ir até o local pra abrir o portão. Perigoso isso na madrugada

O Hotel fica no bairro do centro, mas um pouco afastado da movimentação das ruas mais agitadas. A rua se localiza numa rua muito tranquila, bom para quem procura descansar e dormir. Hotel limpo, bom atendimento e com um café da manhã pouco diversificado, mas muito bom.
