Deplorable
Where do I start? Front desk is closed from 9PM till 11AM. Who do you lodge a complaint with when the pool is closed, dogs are barking down the hallway, the floor squeaks terribly as you walk across the room, the toilet does not flush(when you pee or worse), there is a $50 charge added to your bill for incidentals until they check your room,(not sure what you could do make this place any worse), the shower drips, there is no continental breakfast, coffee is available in a dispenser that you see at a rest area, there is a hole in the ceiling (approx. 3'x4) above the front desk, and there is no one at the front desk. But there is a number that you can leave a message with.
Nasty place
The rooms are nasty staff is horrible they over charge no covid 19 precautions no one had masks on workers and guest they barely clean the rooms wouldn't be surprised if someone has gotten covid-19 from them
Best in the QC and half the price. I wont stay anywhere else.
Spacious executive style rooms that would normally cost over $100 a night for only $47 a night. The hard-working and friendly housekeeping staff do an excellent job at keeping the place very clean. All the towels and linen look brand new and are of high quality. The receptionist's at the front desk are always very polite friendly and helpful. And last but most definitely not least the manager of this hotel is amazing. She couldnt be kinder friendlier or more helpful. She obviously loves her job and is very passionate about it. And as if her charming personality and great attitude wasnt enough she's also breathtakingly gorgeous.
Enjoyed staying
I have stayed here twice and I can’t recommend it enough. The rooms are a good size, the bathroom was clean and the lighting is good. The hotel is clean and although we have not used the pool it looks great. Pre-COVID there was a shuttle to the Airport which was very convenient. The staff are pleasant and accommodating.The price is very reasonable.
Stay somewhere else
Front staff wasn’t very friendly. There was mold in the shower and the water didn’t drain. The room smelled like the cleaning staff sprayed it with cologne. And there were clothes (not ours) left on the floor. Oh and the floors were sticky. Yikes!! Sorry had to be honest. I’d suggest staying some place else!!
