Simple, clean rooms. No TV but perfect for relaxing. Right on the bay. Take in the warmth and beauty. Be sure to eat at the on site restaurant Eucalipto. Chef/owner Javier prepares the best food. Fresh seafood and fresh vegetables. And for the less discerning palates, the have wonderful hamburgers. Highly recommend.
A quite night IF the other guests are quiet

After a horrible, noisy, sleepless night in Ensenda and riding all day on our motorcycles in the rain, we were DESPERATE for a quiet night of sleep. We saw the sign for the hotel out on Route One and drove in. The front desk person was honest - yes, the night we were there would be quiet, but the next night wouldn't - they had a group of motorcyclists coming in. I appreciated her honesty. Our room was in the old section and I LOVED it: huge, with a kitchen (that we didn't need), it was clean, comfy bed and, indeed, absolutely quiet, because the only other people there were a part of some church group from the USA or Canada, and because the bar didn't open outside (because of the rain). The restaurant has delicious food and a super friendly staff. Our stay here completely rebooted our trip for the better.
This is a great place for fun and relaxation!

We had such a great time staying here and celebrating our friend's birthday. The chef/owner and staff were so accommodating and really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and the views were spectacular.
Spendor in every minute

We stayed at the Old Mill 4 days and were treated with so much kindness. The first night Chef Javier prepared Geese that I caught on my hunting trip the third night he prepared Fish I caught on my fishing trip. All meals were 4 star. The rooms were clean with your own fireplace beautifully designed with lots of Mexican tile. The view is all the bay of San Quintin and a breathtaking Fishermen Wharf surrounded by three restaurants and beautiful art work. Music played through out our stay. On weekends they have a few Venders with things to buy. We bought two Mexican blankets and four bowls colorful in the Mexican art. The town is not far from here where you can find anything you would find in the states. We plan on going back in February 2019 for more fishing and in May 2019 were staying a month. The Old Mill is a vacation destination.

My room had new tile, bedspread, better lighting and furniture. I’ve been going for 35 years. Javier runs the hotel and Eucalipto, the restaurant now. We ate there three Nights in a row at their restaurant. Octopus Romeo, Crab claws, stuffed mushrooms And ceviche weresome of the the appetizers. We had our fish cooked and they added Scallops, garlic shrimp and capers when they cooked it perfectly. The hotel has Gotten better and it is excellent for fishermen, off roaders and Baja travelers. The wood walls are rustic with carvings for great ambiance. The service was better Than I get North of the border.
