We booked two rooms and the room with 4 guest had no towels. The person working the desk did not believe us, like maybe we stole the towels. They went to other rooms and could only come up with 3 towels and gave us a small pool towel. All this seems strange when there was hardly anyone staying at the Motel. There was also hair in the bed! We could see a log book at the desk with a long list of broken, missing items that other guest had been complaining about and the would take items from other rooms to solve the problem. They had many excuses of why they couldn't fix items or have clean towels. We don't need excuses, we want what we paid for. This place should be stripped from the B&W chain.

Found Bed Bugs in the Bathroom

Stayed at Best Western last night in Monroe Ohio . ( room 204 ) Woke up this morning to find two bed bugs ( very much alive ) crawling in the bathroom . I took pictures and showed the manager . Who gave me $25 off. 🙁

the room was clean and the breakfast was fine - undergoing renovation right now (though no noise issues) so the price seemed a bit high compared to other Best Westerns and probably should have reflected this.

The hotel is just ok. The price was expensive for the experience. Beds were not comfortable and the breakfast was very unappetizing. There is a McDonald's next door which had much better breakfast which is sad. I wouldn't stay here again.

Continental breakfast is actually very good, very caring staff who definitely try to give above and beyond customer service! Customer service of this location cannot be beat! peaceful hotel near anything that you could want to do and every restaurant and fast food place around the location is very quick. you can hit the Hustler Hollywood store across the street for a little "adult" time also so it's convenient, safe, clean and peaceful.
